    this company took my son's genetic material for testing IN NOVEMBER. they were given my insurance information and asked to use that. they never did and never reached out to me or to the company that provided the data to them. they "said" they "tried to reach me" but I doubt the truth in that. last year we were "out of pocket" and it would have been paid. now they are blackmailing me for $295. they could have reached me if they tried. I do not believe it. it has been 3 months!!! C- in accreditation please. where has the genetic information been sitting all this time???????

    This company needs to pay me. PAY ME I feel bad for the consumer I aint going back until I get paid mean while I door dash. Worse company I ever worked for. Im calling All ******** channels in ****** and Im going to tell them to investigate. Or meet there one day Tempus needs to be put on bless
