      trashy company with even worse managers and employers. if i could rate it 0 stars i would. they were looking for people to fire (they had over-employed people and needed to let some go). this is how I got fired:: the manager (i dont remember his name, some guy with long hair like a female who wore glasses and was obsessed with anime) had tried to befriend me and i was like sure why not. i already knew the company policy of NO SMOKING DURING BREAK, so i found it weird how he kept asking me EVERY DAY FOR TWO WEEKS "hey, u wanna smoke during break?". after two weeks of him asking me and me making excuses for my lunch break, i fianlly asked him- "i thought we weren't allowed to smoke during break?" he said - it's fine, everyone does it anyway. so, i stupidly agreed. he drove me somewhere off property for our 30 minute lunch break, rolled a joint, and he hit it himself then passed it to me and i saw him doing some weird stuff with his phone but didn't think about it too much in the moment. later come to find out he was taking photos of me smoking because you need picture evidence to fire an employee. i wish i knew that i would've took photos of him rolling it and smoking it aswell. he drives us back to work, and no more than an hour after lunch is over and work started again i get called into the office (by the manager *********) and get fired. they immediately make me take my scrubs off, ******* me, and ****** me off the premises. i asked why they fired me and they said "you violated out hair net rule". i asked them why they didnt give any warnings or even proof (i wore my hairnet the whole time) and they couldnt muster anything up. after I get fired as he is escorting me out, i asked ******** if they have an HR department i could reach out to and he blatantly says "no". an hour after, the manager who looked like a girl with the long hair (cant remember his name) who set me up kept calling me and texting asking me to hang out (??????).

      This company forced all it's patients to endure a change in ordering system without any regard to the impact it would have on non neuro-typical patients. For at least three weeks in a row, they have failed to open a medical dispensary on time (denying access to medication). Wait times that used to be 2 minutes have now become 30 minutes. Additionally, despite listing items for sale in their new ordering system, I have consistently been told upon arrival that they cannot and will not in fact honor that transaction, forcing me to find alternative medical products. After several weeks of patience and trying to endure this, to be clear, unneeded systemic change that puts undue stress on the neuro-typical, I expressed my frustration, after once again failing to open on time, having several transactions fail, and expressed my utter disbelief that a simple transaction was no longer possible, I have now received an email from the company that I am banned from all locations, and if i attempt to enter one, knowingly or unknowingly, they will call the authorities. So a medical establishment, dealing in people who may not be neurotypical, created in an environment of discrimination, and one moment of frustration allows for a total ban without any recompense. It was not needed, as I had already decided the last time was the final straw and I would never be returning. But I want it to be fully known that verano hates people with ADHD and autism and fully denies access to medication and then makes that denial permanent to hide their own failures. I have spent several thousands of dollars with this company, preferring when they were teravida, and as a result, these corporate cannabros deny medication access to hide their own failures. According to this company, stating the following in frustration "your just drug dealers, its not hard" is tantamount to verbal abuse.

      Had a leak in my syringe lost quite a bit of product emailed there replacement team they gave 10 percent off after losing $20+ then demanded I weigh it and send it to then how am I suppose to weigh the oil and not lose more product after its ridiculous they have no type of remorse or apology terrible customer service u Pay so much for a product never again going to zen leaf and getting VERANO Products it's a shame stick to sunnysides and cresco this company is a joke
