    I reserved and paid for a full size car from Fox rent a car. Picked up the car and was in my way. It wasnt til several days later I mentioned to my husband what kind of car I had. As he travels 40+ weeks a year and is always getting rental cars, he told me that I had only gotten a mid size car. I reached out to them to let them know of the mistake. They told me nothing could be done til I finished the rental. When I returned the car I tried talking to the guy about it, as it was 10pm at night he clearly didnt care and want to deal with the issue and quickly brushed me off. I had a flight to catch and so I went on my way. I have now been trying for 3 weeks, talking to 5 different customer service reps, only to keep getting the run around and absolutely no help in getting the refund in downgrade of car.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint issued by ****** Nef.  I apologize that the reserved car class did not seem to be available upon pick up.  An adjustment is being made and a request sent to Expedia to provide a refund of 15% off of the rental rate for the downgrade.  A refund of $58.50 should be supplied by Expedia (as payment was made to Expedia), please expect to see that refund in 7 to 10 business days.
