      I withdrew money that I never received am getting the run around . I sent them a bank statement showing it's not in there system and Manger also said this. The amounts were 7/29 50.00 7/31 25.00 8/01 20.00 8/22 50.00 8/03 20.00 This is unacceptable

      I have spoken to customer service several times and one spoke of a tracing number which I never received and update emails which I never received. Im going to reject any response u give me unless theres viable proof that the money is on its way or I get paid or I get update emails or something from ur end but youve given me nothing

      My son funded an account at a sportsbook called BetRivers. He did it as a partial Father's *** gift and he owed me a bit of money. He funded it with $250 and I bet a parlay with the ************* and ******** I won $860 + the original $250 leads to a little over $1100 in my account. Because my son linked his college debit card to the account (to fund it), but it's my account, when I requested to withdraw the money, we had to provide paperwork, which we did. The withdrawal was 'pending' until they reviewed the paperwork (which was exactly what they requested). Then the account was 'frozen/locked' and has remained as such since late July. I've reached out via live chats along with several emails to ascertain the nature of the problem, and the responses have been very vague and unhelpful. Specifically, they have not given me any timeline when this could be resolved, so my money is now in limbo. I tried to call them, but there is no phone number for the Sportsbook, only for the BetRivers Casino. I feel like this is a scam and I have no recourse. I've never contacted the Better Business Bureau before and am not sure what to expect. But I have to try something. Thanks

      I DEPOSITED MONEY INTO MY BET RIVERS ACCOUNT, THE MONEY CAME OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT RIGHT AWAY. AFTER PLAYING I DECIDED TO PULL THE REST OF MY MONEY BACK USING CASINO CAGE OPTION, AND ITS BEEN DAYS BUT THEY ARE NOT APPROVING MY WITHDRAW, SAYING IT IS IN MANUAL REVIEW AND ONCE ITS APPROVED IT WILL BE PROCCESSED AND READY FOR WITHDRAW, WHEN IT COMES TO TAKING MY MONEY IT WAS TAKEN RIGHT AWAY AND CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT RIGHT **** BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THEM PAYING ME MY MONEY IT IS BEING HOLD WITHOUT VALID REASON, NO ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REQUESTED BY THEM, THEY SIMPLY ARE HOLDING FUNDS HOPING THAT I WILL CANCEL WITHDRAW AND SPEND THE MONEY WITH THEM. I NEED MY MONEY FROM THIS SCHEMING BUSINESS. ESTIMATED PAYOUT TIME SAYS UNDER 24 HOURS ON THE STATUS OF IT AND ITS BEEN SAYING SAME THINGS FOR PAST DAYS. IT SEEMS LIKE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH WITHDRAW ISSUES ON HERE.       On Wednesday July 20th at 4:15pm I was playing the game Golden Knight on Betrivers.com. It showed that I had won 6K but only paid $60. I took a screenshot at the time it happened because I was so excited to have won 6 thousand dollars. I contacted the costumer support and the man told me that was wrong and I showed him the screenshot as well. He talked to his manager and they said the info would have to be sent over to the game provider and someone would get back to me in 48hrs. By Friday no one has reached out to me so I contacted the online costumer support again they said they still hadnt heard back from the game provider and that they now needed 1-5 business days before I would get an answer. When I tried to contact someone by phone on Monday the 25th the number provided by their website was fake. I contacted online support again Monday and they told me to wait a full week. I waited until Wednesday the 27th and contacted online support again a man named **** said if I hadnt noticed a change in my account balance by Friday to reach back out to them. I reached out to them on Friday the 29th at around 7 am and they told me the game providers dont start working until 9am to 5pm so wait until the afternoon to reach out again. I tried again around 3:30 and they told me they still have no answer and I need to wait longer for an answer but they have no time frame on when I will receive the money I won. I just want the money Im owed and an answer to when I will get my winnings. Im owed $5940, this needs to be made right.

Credits displayed on this slot machine, like many others, show the total amount of credits vs. a total dollar amount. For example, playing a $0.01 denomination machine, a win of 2k credits would equate to a $20 win.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      All other pay lines paid out correctly but this one didnt. You cant put a K at the end of dollar amount and not expect people to think its not thousand. This is wrong on so many levels. I have not seen a hit like that since that day. Even if the game was glitching you owe people money for the time of this error.
