      On October 1st I took my S21 into my local CPR location to have them repair a cracked screen when my phone was returned to me there was an issue where it was not connected to a network I then took my phone back in for them to tell me that the screen had a malfunctioning part and they would order a new screen fast forward to 2 weeks later they said that they had changed the screen out 2 times also changed out the *** card reader 2 times and the antenna 2 times but they still could not get my phone to connect to any network. When I asked about having my money refunded on the screen repair they told me that was not possible because the regional manager had already taken my old screen and the only way to get a refund would be to put my old screen back on my phone. Before they started repairs I was told that if anything happened to my phone while in their position that I would be compensated or it would be fixed when I asked about them replacing my phone they were told me there was nothing they could do and that I was just out the $308 that I had paid for them to repair my screen now I cannot get any type of sort of response from the local location or from the corporate office this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life I will never recommend them to anyone ever
