    Their website lies to you. It says "Don't see your device? We repair any device with a power ************ here to start a repair for a different device." However, when you use this link and you show up for a scheduled appointment for anything but the 4 items listed (phone, tablet, computer, console) they tell you sorry we don't work on that.

    Horrible on getting my phone problem resolved in a timely manner. Also did not have answers as to when it would get resolved. There are not local repair people within a 2 1/2 hour radius. The information given when filing a claim is not true as far as the process goes. ********** to find another company to use for insurance for their company. I will also be letting **** know this.

    Went through my messages and my photos when I dropped my phone off at the ****************************************************. Manager shrugged it off completely... told me to call corporate which hung up on me twice before I got someone who cared to create a ticket about the matter. I have logs of the activity on my phone. Debating on letting local news stations know about this.

    Three times I scheduled a mobile repair technician to come out and replace my cracked front glass on my cell phone. Three times, the technician cancelled the job without calling or even arriving, claiming "customer no show". Now, in an attempt to work with Asurion claims department, they offered me a free replacement phone so that I didn't have to endure another tech cancellation, but while on hold with the claims department to schedule delivery of a brand new phone, they hung up on me.

    I had Asurion insurance for my laptop, which stopped working after I accidentally dropped it. I opened a claim on 7/6/2024, and today is 7/23/2024, but there has been no resolution. I feel like I'm stuck in a vicious cycle.After opening the claim, Asurion instructed me to take the laptop to one of their locations, which I did. However, the person there informed me that they don't handle repairs and that Amazon would send a credit or a new laptop. When I asked for a timeline, he couldn't provide one.I waited a few days without any updates, so I contacted Amazon. They told me they couldn't assist and directed me back to Asurion. When I reached out to Asurion again, they asked me to wait two more days for someone to contact me. Despite waiting, no one reached out.I contacted Asurion once more, and the representative repeated the same advice: wait another two days. Today is July 23rd, and there is still no solution. This has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam. I urgently need either a credit or my laptop replaced as soon as possible. I cannot do my business without it and have already spent more time on this issue than the laptop is worth.

    I brought a **** laptop in for a screen replacement and power issues. They replaced the screen and the battery. About a month later, the screen failed. I brought it back and this time they replaced the screen with a used screen and didn't tell me it was used. I saw stickers all over the front cover (looked like little kids stickers) and asked if this was my laptop, then the tech turned to the owner and said "I forgot to take the stickers off". If they had remembered to take the stickers off I never would have known as it was done without my knowledge or consent (and I paid $250 for a new screen). I insisted that the screen be replaced with a brand new one, since that's what I paid for, so they replaced the screen about 5 days later. This time there was a significant scratch on the cover. The owner insisted this was a new screen and he promised to email me proof that it was indeed a brand new part. He promised the email within 24 hours, but it never came, In all this time, all I heard were excuses and lies, and now I'm stuck with a screen that is probably not new. This is the **********, ** location.

    On 5-6-2024 I drove my grandson to *********** Ga store to have the **** port repaired or replaced. The repair sheet quote stated $100 for cleaning which customer refused and $140 for **** repair. Estimated turnaround May 21. After several calls over several weeks talking to ***** and **** they said they would investigate. Never, I repeat never, did either ***** or ***************** me back. **** even told me ***** was going out of his way to help me. I asked several times to give me the owners name and phone number. He told me it was against company policy and refused. I then asked for the corporate franchise contact and was again told it was against company to give that information. I research who owned UBreakifix and Asurian is the parent company. Got a hold of complaint department and in no time at all they researched and found the Xbox was lost or stolen and sent a check for the price of a used unit through Amazon or GameStop. When we put in the order they required a $70 deposit. It was paid. After getting the settlement I called the store and **** said he would contact ***** and he would be in touch. Of course he never called. I called again and ***** said he tried to get refund but system would not allow because the $70 was listed as a diagnostic charge. We were not told there would be a diagnostic charge. We were quoted $140, period. They did not fix anything. They want to charge $70 for something that was never fixed. This is wrong on so many levels. I would recommend this establishment be avoided at all costs.Even their own website says free diagnostic, no obligation statement. They are simply dishonest people.

    Brought in a working phone with a damaged screen for a repair/screen replacement. They told me the first was defective and that they possibly caused more damage. I could either take my now completely broken phone back with a refund or leave it longer for an actual working screen. 6 hours and $300 later I received a bricked phone. Can no longer text/call. Access my home wi-fi. WHAT A COMPLETE SCAM YALL ARE RUNNING WITH INCOMPETENT 'TECHNICIANS
