What an absolutely horrible company. Haven't even had my moto g 5g 2022 for 2 months yet and the cell signal has deteriorated to -115dbm at all times. They are obviously using the cheapest hardware they can and making us deal with it. They will not replace or repair my phone even though it is well within the one year warranty, can't make voice calls and my cell strength doesn't change whether I'm in the middle of nowhere or standing right under the tower. I will NEVER buy anything from Motorola again, they are scamming usMotorola Mobility

My phone was under warranty. I shipped to them. I tracked and received repair updates. On the 2nd day I received email confirmation repairs were done, photos sent to me claiming phone came in with scratched screen, aka not their fault. It was not my phone in the picture because I had a adhesive screen protector on the original and this did not. So first lie. After that a tracking number sent to me for return. Checked the number daily, didn't leave their faculty for 7 days. Called multiple times and blame given to carrier ****** If *** picked it up it's scanned into the *** system. Motorola held it back for 10 days so it was never given to a carrier every day I called.. At the beginning of the process I was offered expedited service for a fee which I refused because it's under warranty. That's (in my opinion) why it was held back even after it was obviously finished and the phone they never stated they replaced it with a different one. I discovered that when I had to reestablish my service and the **** was different. Very dishonest, never Motorola again for me.Motorola Mobility

Hello,
We are careful when receiving devices to make sure everything is correct. Any physical damage to the device that was not advised can result in the device being returned unrepaired as physical damage is not covered under standard warranty. We would have it sent via ***** and we do not see a case open for you. Please call for review.

Motorola contacted myself by Email. Stating my phone could not be repaired due to a cracked screen. I then contacted company back to insure the entire of the phones screen had no defects, I had the phone's screen protected with a screen protector. She again stated the phone's damage has was not covered by the 1 year warranty. When I first processed the claim for the phone microphone to be serviced the company website stated at the initial claim was covered by warranty. Now I being asked to pay a charge.Motorola Mobility

Motorola customer service is terrible. I ordered a phone during a black friday sale on 12/4. I was delivered an empty box 12/9/2022 that was obviously unsealed by the *** driver. Immediately I submitted a damaged item claim with them and was told they would notify moto and they would automatically send out a replacement. Wrong! After not hearing anything for a few days I reached out to moto and opened an incident report with them on 12/12. *** approved the claim on 12/28 but it took them until 1/4 to push out the payment on it. Motorola would not process a refund or replacement until *** paid out the claim (I was told per company policy). Because of the delay and the holiday sales by the time they got around to processing things they didn't have any stock in the model I ordered so a refund was pushed through without speaking to me at all about any other options. Essentially moto leveraged a problem they or their partner created to execute a 30 day interest free loan and a bait and switch to make more money (because it took so long I now have to buy a different more expensive phone at full price because the sale has ended). I specifically asked if they could replace with a different product and was told that there's no way to do that. Like putting a phone in a box with an address on it is too hard for a multimillion dollar company (oh wait that was my original problem wasn't it)... **** is losing a longtime customer after this debacle. I can't believe how idiodic this situation is. Bad things happen and life isn't perfect, but when things go bad they need to be fixed and fixed quickly. I didn't create the issue but I sure paid for it while moto wasn't inconvenienced at all. If you want customer service go somewhere else.Motorola Mobility

Motorola is the worst company ever. My current problem is with my order for my fusion 30. I ordered the phone on the 12th of December and was told that it I would receive it by the 23rd. I get an email on the 20th that it has been delivered from Motorola. I use the tracking number to find out where it's at because it's not at my house. Turns out it was shipped back for some reason not listed on the website. So I figure it's the holidays maybe that's the problem. Nope it sure wasn't. They reshipped the product again and the same thing happens it gets returned back to the shipping facility. I have called numerous times been hung up on three times never emailed back, never called back. I really don't understand what the problem is. No one can give me a tracking number, no one will let me speak without talking over me constantly. I finally get to a supervisor and honestly he has no business being a supervisor. All he did was talk over me and kept repeating over and over again that eventually I would get a tracking number. He would not give me any kind of confirmation email or anything of that sort. The only thing he would email me was that we had a conversation. The funny thing is is he hung up on me but yet when you look at the email he says oh I'm sorry sir I think our call was dropped. B*******! Someone needs to call me right now so I can cancel my f****** order. Motorola has no business selling product if they can't complete the f****** sale. You need to get the product in your customer's hands in order for you to be a successful company you imbeciles. I doubt that anybody at Motorola even cares what I say so I'm just going to say that they are the shittiest company I've ever dealt with in my life and they are the rudest people on the phone with no regard for any kind of respect for anyone. I hope someone starts a class action lawsuit against him because they are doing something very shady. This is the second order with problems identical to the current one.Motorola Mobility

WORST company to rely on for technology solutions. No clear description of product functionality and no customer support at all. I purchased a modem/router after my current gateway was not offering speeds I was paying for. I purchased a Motorola gateway boasting high speeds and coverage. I understand advertised performance many not be reality given different home designs - wall thickness etc. Ultimately I decided coverage needed to be better so I purchased a mesh system to add to this gateway. Not a perfect solution with a modem/router combo but I was outside the return window so would just put the Motorola gateway into bridge mode. This is where things went downhill. The guidance on the Motorola website as to how to do this was not applicable to my device and I was unable to find any online help, via Motorola or generally. Motorola offers no chat for modem/router help even though they advertise it, so I called. I waited online or one hour -- only to have a voice come on and say no one was available and DISCONNECT ME. I tried to call again later that afternoon as well as twice the next day, and the same thing happened. Finally I emailed support, only to have a frustrating couple days' back and forth -- from Motorola just rote replies that didn't apply to my situation (ie I was sent a link to the same bridge mode article that was not applicable to my specific device). So I have a $400 device that I can't use. I have no instruction and no support. Motorola could detail better specific device functionality. They could offer a better return policy understanding how long it takes people to navigate their poor guidance. Or, hey here's a thought -- offer better employment packages so you can hire people to answer your phones.Motorola Mobility

I Purchased 2 Motorola G Stylus 5G phones from motorola.com less than 3 months ago I gave one to my wife, and only started using mine less than 2 months ago, as I was waiting for a phone case to arrive before using it. It has been in a case with a screen protector since day one. I woke up this morning to find that the entire screen was shattered, it was on my bed side table all night, and the screen protector has no damage to it. I contacted Motorola, and talked to many different people about what happened, and all the wanted to help me with is paying $199.95 for a repair. I did not drop the phone, I did not break the phone, but they say that is not covered by their 1 year warranty because it has physical damage. I do not think it is fair to pay for a repair/replacement as I feel it was a manufacturing issue. My last 5 phones have all been Motorola phones. I have been a loyal customer for years, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. If I had damaged the phone I would have purchased a new one, and not wasted my time trying to talk to numerous people in different departments, in a call center on a different continent.Motorola Mobility

They gave you a software to install on your phone and my phone has crashed I have been without a phone every sine it's not my carrier it's the phone if you have anything Motorola you are without working services they act like they do not care they are not even trying to come up with a solution do not buy anything Motorola in the future terrible customer service experience stay away from there products all together I know it only takes one time for me to learn my less then they had the nerve to ask me while I'm going through this process of not having a phone would I like to receive emails on products and promotional products on there stuff I said he'll no get this product together firstMotorola Mobility
