      I don't like the ads for Motorola. These guys are trying to claim they aren't in a relationship but yet they make a phone after her. Some people had to fake death in the *********** because the real owners of Motorola make a big deal about razors or razr phones and hence relationships

      Pre-Ordered the new razr ultra on 5/7 plus trading in my phone. Motorola use ****** as their trade in company. My new phone *** is Friday May 23rd. I got a confirmation from ****** that they need to receive my trade in phone by Wednesday May 28th. From the time my new phone is supposedly delivered to the day Phobio need to receive my old phone, it is only 3 business days. ****** provided a standard shipping label for my trade in phone so even if I ship it on the day I received my new phone, it is impossible for Phobio to receive the phone in time. I looked online and many people had this issue and their trade in value got cancelled because ****** did not receive the phone in time. Hence, I decided to cancel my order and re-order when its closer to the release date. I re-ordered the phone on May 15th with an ETA of Friday May 23rd again. Phobio sent me an email saying they need to receive the phone by June 5th. This is a much more reasonable time frame for me to ship the phone and Phobio to receive it by the due ******* least that was what I thought. It is now May 24th. My phone was supposed to arrive yesterday. I have not receive any shipment notification or update from Motorola. I see online that there are people who ordered the phone after I did and have either got shipment notification or already received their new phone. This whole situation is ridiculous and the launch of this new phone is a mess. I don't even know what's going to happen to my trade in as I most likely won't be able to ship my trade in phone in time at this rate.

      BEWARE OF THE ***** I loved the ***** I enjoy that it folds to fit in my pocket better. I appreciate the functionality of the device, the interface, the unique features. I wish I could continue to be a loyal customer. HOWEVER, this phone malfunctions easily, and the company is not willing to accept responsibility for such faults. I have had issues with the folding phones in general... So, when I started noticing a crease in the screen at the fold, I knew I was going to have to use my insurance to replace it. Fine... The damage from the wear of the folding mechanism eventually caused the screen to not work. I paid my $99 deductible and received a replacement. Less than ONE MONTH later, the same thing happened. Since then, I have been paying for a phone I cannot use. Motorola will not replace or repair the phone, and I'm not paying $99 every month or two for a problem I cannot control. I tried reasoning with the company to no avail. Therefore, I will no longer support Motorola. I hope ****** Pixel comes out with a folding phone soon.

      To verify, Motorola has since contacted me to make things right. I have received a replacement without further hassle, and I have been assured they will undoubtedly stand by their device for the future. As I have shared with the organization during a subsequent survey, the time and effort it took to get to this point needs improvement... but, obviously, the correct actions were taken in the end. I appreciate the service - always better late than never.

      I have had nothing but issues with Motorola honoring their warranty on defaulting Moto tags. There is a known issue where replacing the battery makes the Moto tags unable to pair. I bought a four pack and so far two of them have stopped working. The first *** took hours on the phone but got resolved after a month. The second RMA I'm having nothing but issues because Motorola can't seem to understand why my Moto tags don't have an IMEI number. I've been on phone with support for hours and they stop responding to my support emails. They repeatedly asked for the same information over and over and over again to stall, they have my order number. They have the device serial number. They have my phone name, address and all information they should need. I sent the tag in and for an exchange and it's somewhere stuck in a repair Warehouse with no one willing to help me. It's ridiculous. I've literally spent probably 4 hours on the phone for this when it should be a simple RMA swap! Never buying a Motorola product again!!!

      Too late when I learned that ********************** sent a different **, 2024 December first week, we searched for a good working phone, ended up with **********************'s website. Its ** ************* looked inviting. Right away purchased & to arrive on the 12th. When I opened the box, I saw the MOTOROLA was not protected with bubble wrap to keep it down. Called the company 5 times but no answer. When I found another number, I called & a man's voice replied. He promised to send a return postage-label to send the ** back to their company. 2 weeks passed, NO RETURN LABEL. Contacted that place many times & spoke to another man who asked me to take pictures of all the things I received, right away...yet I did not hear from them. Already Feb. 10, 2025, the man answered my call that the label is on its way from ****, takes 4 to 10 days by mail. 3 days later, I called again, worried what's going on? A man with a different accent told me the case is still under investigation. Feb. 20, a virtual answered but did not understand my reason to call. Called back after an hour, ***** a representative replied from the ************ I told him why they sent an old phone with a broken face. We wasted our time calling since the Support employees told me different things when I called multi-times. ***** told me to wait a few weeks since *** is not done investigating. March 3, an unknown tech said that the problem was sent to a higher ***** then he hang up the phone !!! What's the outcome of their investigation???NOTE: Followed with Complaint to BBB-MS. I did not get a reply yet ...Thank you for your valuable time ------ LMC 03.28.25

      Takes new phone order, auto emails payment in process when ******* shows processed immediately. Offers next day ****** No shipment info after three hours and they close in 36 minutes. Stairs page is defective. Only two non info words printed off screen to right. Cust svce refers to tech number which never has info. Hey return emails faking upgraded inquiry still no info. This co. ****** maybe a front for money to laundering or CCP spying

      Ordered a smart phone. Could not receive it because I had to be home to sign for it and all options were not there to have a neighbor sign and I could not pick it up at the local *** warehouse. So it was returned for a refund of $319. It took 30 working days to get my refund. This is unacceptable.I will never by directly from Motorola ever again

      1st time ordered my email was not local to us so they cancelled order while holding on to funds I reordered using local gmail they cancelled again because they said my von was on I tried again and i think my location service on phone was not on So they cancelled Guess they do t want business Terrible customer service Not worth the ****** in a motorolls phone Dont order from their company

      Purchased a moto and they cancelled my Order 2 times because My email which you can get on ****** app was not local to us So they flagged it fraud. Plus My card has not been refunded and is on hold and did not release funds for credit Will maybe take 2. Weeks Dont purchase direct from Motorola

      I would go with Motorola Edge Plus 2022, because this reminds me of what I have missed with OnePlus 8T, and I was unsatisfied with iPhone 12 Mini having no games.
