    Ive tried numerous times to cancel the subscription that I didnt even know I signed up for and now they continually try to charge my credit card even though Ive told them to cancel! This business is crooked and has phoney AI customer service! Stay far away and dont buy anything from them!

    This company is not honest about being able to return the Groomie head ******. On the website they say that you can return the item in 60 days if not satisfied. The ittem bumped up my head. In trying to return it, I was given the run around with emails. This company also tried to forcibly sell me the refill blade knowing that I was already trying to return the device. ****** had to step in to stop that. By the way, when you pruchase the item, you are unknowingly signing up for a subscription which is hard to cancel. They will give you the run around telling you that you can cancel from within your profile which you can't. Buyers should stay away from this company because they are not honest. I have returned the item paying for shipping with my own money. They have refused to give me my refund.

    Groomie club has AI or fake customer service. You will never be able to talk to a human. They will rip you off. Stay far away from groomie club. A and A are running a scam on the customer

    This company continues to charge me monthly for additional blades which I cancelled 2 months ago! I want at least two months of my money back!

    This company running under the name of Groomie Club is a hoax. You can not get a telephone number to dpeak to anyone. They continue to debit my account for something I have sent several emails to stop. They continue to send me bogus websites to cancel my subscription and they still will not acknowledge the cancelation. BEWARE!!!!!!!!
