    we have a monthly subscription for a refill for the head shave twice now the money ahs come out and i have had to email multiple times about the actual order and always get the same responses form them the order is ready to ship well this last time the took the money on 6/17/25 and it is now 7/17/25 and it still hasnot shipped and in the email i get the same response that the order is showing ready to ship they will notify when it does. Well it has been a month that is unacceptable you put in the time frame you need the refill and then its been a month you have paid for it and you still can not get it. This has happened 3 times this year already the other 2 i did a dispute with ****** and then it would finally show up

    Transaction date, May 20, 2025. I was charged $26.39 for a membership I didn't agree to. On their web site it said join the Groomie Club for a better price and there was no discloser of an amount or clear evidence that I joined I tried to call the number and it was not active, try to go to my account, hit my account and my anti-virus stated suspicious site, same as with the e-mail to get support. I told them by the online support to cancel my account and a refund back for the membership was misleading and not revealing. No response. I have also looked at all the complaints to the BBB and the same one no clear disclosure of membership and many more. On 5-9-2025 I placed my order for $52.80 didn't disclose a fee for membership, an order for $18.26 I did receive my order.

    i am 65 and I bought a grommie ****** from revamp electronics for my nephew and I did not see anywhere nor did I agree to reocurring charges every four months for ****** blades I am on a limited s.s. income I asked seller to cancel and they will not I ordered on 3/7/25/ and still have not received Item and I will refuse delivery if it ever comes. I would like my money back from this buisness since they practice deseptive buisness practices.They also will not answer the phone

    Charging people for products they are not receiving. Canceled the subscription and continued to charge me for the products I am not receiving. Have contacted them for them to only tell me they can not find my information, that I must have used a different email associated with the account and I did not. They are stealing my money and not given giving me my money back after canceling the subscription nor sending my the products.

    The company signed me up for a subscription service without my permission charging me $23.99. When I asked the company to show where I signed up for this subscription they would not provide any proof. They wont let me return the item and just reply with the same generic email. I was warned when buying this produce they will do this so I made sure the subscription wasnt on.

    Purchased their screen protection with lifetime guarantee for my ******* tablet on 7/03/2020. I sent them the receipt along with a picture of my tablet with a broken screen on 12/13/2024. I have followed up on 12/18/24 by email and 12/20/24, 12/23/24, and today (01/06/25) by ******** messenger and still have not received the first response. The lifetime warranty is for $300 which is what it will cost to reputable the screen on my s6 tablet.

    On May 26th, 2024 I was on ********* I clicked a link to Groomie because they were having a "sale". I went through the order process and purchased 3 as gifts for a giveaway at our upcoming family reunion. In the process, It asked if I wanted to subscribe and I stated NO for there were gifts for others. So I proceed. Purchased and checked out. I received them, didn't open them but I did take them out of the shipping box and didn't think anything else of it. On 7/7/24 I received another charge to my account for 3 refills which again I never signed up for any subscription for this was a one-time purchase. Stating this was for my refill for each ******. Now who in their right mind would buy 3 shavers and sign up for 3 refills? At this point I'm livid. I contact them no response. I then started a case with ****** again I didn't sign up for a subscription so why would I know I needed to cancel a subscription? Well, ****** ruled in their favor stating the evidence they provided showed that I signed up and I have no evidence because I never signed up for it. So then I go back to ********* This company has blocked all comments on all of their ads. The thing about ********* it still shows the number of comments there, but the general public can't see them. Top it off I then requested to send the items back for they have a 60-day money-back guarantee. The reunion is on 7/28/24 so the items have never been opened and I want to send them back. They refused to provide information to return the items saying they have expired when we all can do the math if I ordered them on May 26, then July 24 or 25 would be the 60 days so why can't I return and get my money back? I'm out a total of $173.68. As an employee of a nonprofit, that money doesn't come easy. I want them to stop scamming people out of their hard-earned money. The info they provided to ****** is not factual and is electronically doctored. Once I clicked one time there were no options for the subscription but yet it did

    Greetings,
    this complaint has gone left. I mailed back all of their products which came up to $173.68
    They have sent a refund of $25.73

    I have attached the letter with the pictures of everything I sent back and they received the items per the tracking being confirmed. I should not have to go through this and now that they have all the products back they are truly playing with my emotions. I don't know how to upload this to my complaint but this isn't fair. I work for a nonprofit agency which I have been out all summer. This money is not just something I can let go without a fight. This company is scamming people out of their hard-earned money via social media and no one is doing anything about it. Please help me get my money back

    I signed up for replacement razor to be shipped every six months. They have a company called "Groomies" specializing in electric razors. I paid them in full using PayPal. I have NEVER received the product. I have called them, no response. I have emailed them via a variety of social network forum but all I get is a AI Bot response. I would like a full refund of my money unless they can provide a photo of the product being dropped off or a valid signature. I have asked for verification but they refuse. My address is *************** there is a Flamingo st on the other side of town. I am unsure what carrier they are using. It is not Fed ex or *** or Amazon. I want my money back thats all.
