    Unable to purchase marker for my mother, it has been now 8 years with NO HELP!- My entire family is buried at Mt. Hope - My mother passed away in 2017. - We have attempted to purchase a marker by phone and by email as I do not live in the area and was out of the country as I am military and I have not been able to come to the facility to purchase. - We were in contact with someone named ***** right when we were finalizing marker design, she fell off the grid and we have not been able to get in contact with anyone. -I have called the facility, left voicemails and emails and no one is returning my calls. What is going up there? - I want someone to give me a call so we can get this finalized and my mother can have a marker on her resting place.

Hope Cemetery on April 14,2023 to place balloon's and flower's on her grave but her headstone was not where her body was laid to rest at; it was placed in another area of the cemetery.The cemetery has not tried to call me back to resolve this problem Account/order/tracking number M-23-***** or Refer#R067095049040

    My Mom died in May 2020 during the pandemic and all the arrangements were made except the headstone which I didn't understand why I couldn't take care of everything at once. I had to wait a year because appointments had to be made to see someone. Now that the headstone has to be paid on I get threatened with these phone calls by the staff there saying the are gonna keep the money I put down on my mom's headstone. Over 600 dollars. I don't feel you should be able to do this. 1 she's not going anywhere that's her final resting place and 2 so when you take my money I have to vote up with **** dollars all over again. This place is just as bad as **** oaks and I really hate that she choose this place
