      Purchased money order that was typed and made direct to my landlord on 8/1 and a stop payment was made on 8/11 because they had not received payment. I was told initially 2-3 weeks but paperwork says different (30 days). Ive made contact with PLS 4x over the phone (8/14, 8/16, 8/28 and 9/18) and once at the local PLS since 8/11. Now its 9/18 and they are saying they never received my money order paperwork to process the paperwork. How do they not talk to one another? I will be heading up to my local PLS today to get this resolved because aint no way yall can hold money orders this long and the process not going along as it should. Will update once I know more

      I had got 4 money orders from pls check cash place and they was stolen out the mailbox at the postal office

      I bought a money order from PLS check chasing on March 23 2020 i filled out the paper Affidavit of Forgery or Alteration the paper was inter in on May 25 2020 ** to now i have not receive any Information regarding this money every time i call they tell me it still pending i call today and they tell me there no information on it. It going on three years. I do not understand what going on never a supervisor to talk no one from money order departmen

      2/15/2023 I purchased a money order from this location that I have in Glendale and when I went to the Dentist to pay, I got financed so I didnt have to pay them directly. the money order was not completely filled out but I had already wrote the business name on the money order. However, I do have both parts of the money order, and the *** has a record of me purchasing the money order and it wasnt even a week old. On today, 2.22,23., I have contacted 3*** locations and gotten three different answers. The runaround basically. This is very time consuming telling me that I have to pay $15 a stop payment on an money order that has not been made out to anyone and I purchased it, and I have both parts of it, when I called customer service twice today, one person told me I had to go directly back to that Saint *** rude a** and not knowledgeable, and then I called again, and the lady told me that I could take it to any TLS as long as I have both copies of the money order and I was not supposed to be charged because I am in the system. They told me it will take 30 days in the mail me a check not that I want to pay $15 like this location on ****************** told me. I want my money back I dont care if its a two dollar charge or whatever Im not paying $15 and I have the money order and they have records and video of my purchases. I want my money back in full (*****) and I would never do business with them again.

      I have a ******* dollar money order that I purchased from PLS in September 2022 the check was stolen from a USP box and then forged and cashed at PLS. PLS has the persons picture who cashed check and I filed a police report an affidavit with PLS and report with *********** PLS is now holding said check for up to 3 years and they have all the information this is my rent and I just can't make up the difference I'm on a set budget so I've been a mo th behind this whole time

      Money order that I purchase was stolen and cashed at the same location. They made me come out the pocket for money to get info on what happened. And to file a affidavit still no lucky or acting like I didn't do. I have all the proof and receipt. They are scamming people out of money. And I don't have money to give a way. And the amount that was stolen is a felony charge. Still no action. Every manager is a joke & unhelpful. I need action soon not later I can't wait 2 to4 years just to get my money back that was rent and I have kids this is ridiculous that I have to email you guys about that scam and situation that going on. Just as fast they took my money. That how fast I should receive it. I need help !
