  My name is *** G I am finishing my in class with ***** and *********************** team instructors for Ica they are the best in the country they make you feel like you are part of there family I gained a life time of knowledge from them and I f anyone reading this thinking about becoming a home inspector I would highly recommend to take the coarse through Ica and try to get in there class thanks again ***** and ****** for teaching the way yall do

  The conection ***** and ****** created with us was amazing. They truly did make us feel like family. Ill never be able to thank them enough for everything theyve done for this group, my family and my self. Its priceless, and Im forever thankful. Theres no way to put a price on the knowledge, confidence and morale they have instilled in all of us. This was the best investment Ive ever made. Its so much more than just home inspections, I learned so many things that can never be taken away from me. Thank you ICA!!

  I didn't know what to expect when I signed up for this class. I figured it would be very difficult after seeing the online modules (which is still a great resource) and knowing that I am a very slow learner. When I got to the class I quickly realized this would be different than any other class I had taken before. ICA is a great company to use to learn how to be a good home inspector. They have great resources. But having ***** and *********************** as instructors is their greatest asset. They are what gives you the opportunity to be great instead of good. This couple has 25+years of experience and they hold nothing back. They go above and beyond to give you knowledge that isn't in a book. They give their life experiences, the good and bad. They do their best to not only protect you but also protect your clients. ***** and ****** are the ***** of home inspections! And they are the best teachers I think I've ever had. I don't remember ever learning this much in a weeks time. I only wish I had more time to learn from them.

  ***** and ***********************, in my opinion, of every trainer or teacher I've had in my entire life, are without a doubt, the best I've ever had. I was not always a good student. But they kept me engaged and interested in what we were learning from start to finish. Not only that, the way they have structured their course has had an amazing rate of information retention and comprehension. I highly recommend them.

  I signed up for this class and completed the online courses before the in-class time to get an idea of what I'd be learning. The instructor was spectacular at explaining things in further details while giving his own experience dealing with different situations. I liked the real life examples and pictures to see what I'll be seeing in the future. There is so much information to learn without feeling overwhelming, the instructor also sends out his own resources to help you succeed. I feel very confident in what I'm learning and the instructor helped me to understand things a lot easier than just reading the material online. Basically, translate all the big jargon into simple terms.There is not many female home inspectors out there so I like breaking into this field and showing I can do it too. The instructor and everyone in class was very nice and I didn't feel out numbered or like I "don't belong". I felt like I have just as good of a chance at succeeding as anyone else in there so that makes me very happy.This is definitely the best class and course I could ask for to be a successful home inspector and absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to do it!
