      I have used ****'s Deals for the first and last time. I placed an order via ******** advertisement. It was never received and my cameras prove it. Their website says they aren't responsible because they don't sell anything. But, when I call the retailer, the order number isn't one of theirs. They don't respond to the "contact us" form and nobody answers their phone. As a business owner myself, I would never jump right to writing a bad review. But, I have given them more than enough opportunity to make it right and they won't even respond. ****** learned. If the deal looks too good to be true, it probably is.They respond to other complaints by saying it's not us, but that doesn't explain why they can't be reached on their website or by phone. That tells me all I need to know.

      If I could give no stars, I would.Ordered the pink ******* 40oz tumbler on 8/3.No confirmation email, no tracking email.Credit card was charged but no cup was sent to me.Your website should screen your partners for phoney websites.And your company should be responsible for these purchases.Shut down your website until you can resolve this problem and refund monies lost by your customers.

      SCAM! I placed an order through Brads Deals (via Bed Bath and Beyond). Checked my bank info online only to find out that the company I paid is in ***** (Bed Bath and Beyond is NOT based out of *********). I am not comfortable with this transaction but there is no apparent way to cancel the order. I am feeling like this is a scam and will be disputing the charge with my bank in lieu of being able to cancel the order.Can I give ZERO stars?

      Some very good deals but you cannot then stop the flood of promotional emails from Brads deals. I get up to 5 per day. I tried to limit them via the email subscription preferences on the brads deals web site to once per week but multiple emails still keep coming daily.
