      I purchased a pair of what was purportedly a pair of ****** sandals for $29.99 through your company. The were shipped by Sandalsclubshop. My order # ******** was made on 4/3/23 and finally arrived from ***** on 4/26/23. This was a scam. The sandals are obviously not made by ******. They are cheap knockofffs. I was never informed that they would not be ****** sandals. I expected better from Brads Deals. I have ordered from your website before, but never been directed to a seller that is pushing a replacement item without informing the buyer that the item is not what was advertised. I hesitate to order through your company again.

We'd suggest filing a complaint/chargeback with your bank/card company if the merchant is not responding to you and resolving this. We only share deals for authentic merchandise and each deal has the name of our team member who tested and shared it. Be sure to look for that to ensure you are looking at a deal we shared.       Ordered enamel covered cast iron pots and pans, never received order luckily I screen shot my receipts. Reached out to company that order went thru, and they aren't doing anything about it. Keep saying they want receipt number when it is clearly on screen shot sent. Scam!!

      BEWARE! If you have bought anything through Brads Deals and call them for a return they tell you they arent the retailer. You have to get in contact with the retailer yourself. Good Luck! They give you an email address that does not work. They are only in it to take your hard earned money.
