I already posted the attachment file that I am including with this complaint. I'd like to know who is running the show because whoever it is could not be more wrong than what I see on Follow My Health. I have created a page in which I have marked the incorrect information, and I strenuously object to seeing that I owe a considerable sum when I am fully insured for the healthcare that I receive. Add to that the many indications of upcoming appointments, messages, and new clinical items, ALL THAT I CANNOT ACCESS!!! I find absolutely no value in a site that displays only incorrect and inaccessible information! The attached file contains all my insurance information, but I will die of shock if anybody bothers to look at it and make the necessary corrections within 48 hours! If Veradigm is not managing Follow My Health, Veradigm should see to it that its name is not displayed as being responsible; there is such a thing as being truthful! I often have the sensation that I am somehow caught in the filming of an episode in a revival of The Twilight Zone when so many things make so little sense. I am justifiably angered to see false information about me publicly displayed. Who is responsible for this outrageously inaccurate display?

This is a patient with concerns about the personal information his provider has; the patient should be redirected back to his provider to correct the information in the software application.  If the provider has concerns, the provider can reach out to Veradigm for assistance in this regard.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

I am rejecting this response because I have to ask: WHICH PROVIDER? Also, does the provider update the information in Follow My Health? I have provided the correct information of my insurance and the pharmacy that I use that makes home deliveries to me, but Follow My Health has both incorrect. I provided the correct information to all the providers with whom I receive service, but are they the ones that update the information on Follow My Health?

There must be some procedural issues for which I have not been taught how to set up information. I spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to straighten things out, but I see that my efforts are a waste of time because the information remains incorrect. I have to ask: aren't their paid employees that update the information on Follow My Health? I am not beginning to understand who does what, and the troubles that I have had with health insurance and various companies that are connected with it are making me wish I had not returned to the ** because having universal healthcare never imposed so much bureaucracy on me where I lived for over two decades.

I provided all my health insurance information to people who wanted me to pay. Follow My Health and Veradigm are not providers of healthcare, so I did not provide the information to them, but I did to every clinic in which I receive services. I have all the insurance information set up on PDF files that display all the relevant information, but I am finding that no matter what I do, it seems that finding the ones who are responsible for Follow My Health to present all the information that I have organized clearly is not working because *** uses noreply email addresses and does not give a fax number, so I have everything organized in a very professional manner, but that's what I have organized, not what Follow My Health displays. I can provide the information, but you're telling me to turn "to my provider" when I have more than one.

While I am a published writer in three languages, the whole subject of health insurance is one in which I have received no education. I am 73 years of age with disabling conditions; I would be willing to learn, but don't expect me to be a professional in the subject because that is most definitely not the case at present. If information is needed, I can present it with no problem, but it's not clear to me what is the role of providers in processing insurance information. If it's a matter of organizing documentation for presentation, I am very professional in that and have the information stored on my hard drive and in my cloud storage, but I do need clear instructions and the ability to contact someone when I do not feel that my knowledge is sufficient. I want to have everything corrected, but telling me to "turn to my provider" leaves me with no idea of the provider or providers that I need to activate and if so, in what way. It would help to explain more; I just don't like having false information about me posted on a website because there's no legal reason to support such behaviors.

      Respectfully submitted,

It looks like your provider is ****** ******, **; that is the information you provided in the screen shot.

The FollowMyHealth application only displays information Dr. ****** has on file for you.  Therefore, to correct the information you see in FolllowMyHealth, you would reach out to ******************* for them to make the corrrections.

I hope this helps explain it better.  Also, the information you see about you on FollowMyHealth is only availble to you and is not published on the internet for anyone else to see.

I am rejecting this response because Follow My Health states clearly the name of *************************** in *********, ********. Dr. ****** works with ***************************, and I provided that institution with all my updated health insurance information as well as the pharmacy that has provided me service for many months via **** Certified Mail. I also sent the same information to Veradigm.

I am giving a link to a *** file that displays all the following information:

      1) A complete record of my insurance information, showing all the relevant insurance cards for the entire time that I have received treatment with Dr. ****** at ***************************

      2) A copy of Follow My Health with erroneous information marked in red as well as dysfunctional links marked in red

      3) An editorial that I wrote and published that describes why I have to turn to the Better Business Bureau so frequently when institutions do their best to hide from the public by using only noreply email addresses or email addresses that lead to stations that are not monitored, as well as never revealing fax numbers; I understand that this practice is now pretty much a standard in the entire Western world, a sign that the customer is nothing more than a faint afterthought and the old saying "the customer is always right" went out with the *****.

The link to the *** file containing all this information in detail can be viewed and downloaded from the following link:

Notice of incorrect information posted on Follow My Health 05/27/2025
      ********************************

The pharmacy that I use is well known to the *************************** and the administrator at the clinic to which I go weekly for immunology injections confirmed that with me. Should that not be on record with Veradigm, I will present it here now:

      ExactCare Pharmacy
      **********************************************************************************
      Phone:************
      Toll Free: ************
      Fax: ************

ExactCare Pharmacy gives outstanding, efficient service and has all my medications delivered to my home, so I do not have to find ways to travel to pick up prescriptions, something that is a major problem when prescriptions are sent to ************ in my area. Even if it is still in **************, ********, the distance to travel is significant and anybody who has ever attempted to use what is offered under the pseudonym of "public transportation" in this area knows that thumbing a ride is often far more efficient. At my age with diagnosed spinal disabilities, excessive travel is extremely painful for me to undertake, so a pharmacy that delivers to my home is truly priceless.

Should if any further information is needed, I have all that information stored carefully on my hard drive and in my cloud storage. I have decades of experience in administrative work as well as my decades-long career as a published writer in three languages, so I keep all the needed information carefully stored and ready to send out when a request comes to me. I do not hide behind a noreply email address and make myself very accessible to any institution that has the desire and the policy to keep accurate information. I may be old, but I'm still very efficient in my work.

I have provided the relevant and needed information that should be updated on Follow My Health so that it will not continue to display information from history that is definitely no longer accurate.

      Respectfully submitted,

      ******* ****

Contract signed September 2022. No implementation took place or $500 fee paid. We had internal issues and were not ready to implement Allscripts. I received an invoice August 4, 2023 and asked how to cancel and contract termed August 9, 2023. I continued to receive invoices then for payerpath and was told I needed to cancel that as well and did so. Invoices continued and I was told to pay $307.12 and that would end. I paid that September 24, 2023. Then in January 2025, I get contacted by ***************** for $15,000 due. We never implemented Allscripts and never received an invoice until August 4, 2023. No services ever provided. The invoices after September 2023 said 54 patient statements were sent. How could statements be sent with no system implementation? Sounds like HIPAA violation? The only thing I am at fault for is not canceling within 60 days and should not owe any other money than 2 months for that. The collection agency harassing for $12-20,000 is outrageous. I would like Finance to show me invoices prior to August 4, 2023 but there are because we never ever implemented Allscripts.

I am the general manager of ****************************, ****. We contracted for billing services with Practice Fusion, a subsidiary of Veradigm. In this service, Practice Fusion and Veradigm would bill insurance companies on our behalf and collect payments with us in exchange for a fee. As part of our contract, they used a sub-contractor, *********, to assist with credentialing. Our ********* representative lied about submitting our applications for months, but we continued to pay for this service. On November 14, I inquired about cancelling our contract and receiving a refund. ******** ******** at Veradigm provided me with instructions on how to do this. By November 20, ********* had resolved our issues so we decided not to cancel our contract. We immediately began seeing patients and submitting bills, but did not receive payment transfers from Veradigm (through a subcontractor, Loyale). Apparently, our banking information had been entered incorrectly, despite the fact that we had provided a voided check in July. I provided a new payment form and voided check on January 15. Four hours after I provided this information, ******** ******** directed Loyale (through ********** Dash) to close our account and said that we had canceled our contract. This was not accurate as we never initiated the process to cancel our contract and have continued to pay Practice Fusion for services. We are owed more than $10,000 and Loyale, Practice Fusion, and Veradigm refuse to answer questions about how to proceed. We were told that ******** ******** would call today to work through this, but she has not called. When I have called Veradigm, I have been transferred to inoperable extensions.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Allscripts Healthcare LLC regarding their billing solutions and business ************ January 2023, I was introduced to the Veradigm Allscripts team for my medical billing solutions. On January 18, 2023, I was officially welcomed to Allscripts Central. The initial contract was for one year. However, after using the system for 1.6 years, I found it to be extremely complicated, not user-friendly, and fraught with multiple flaws.Realizing that there are much better, easier, and faster systems available at a very reasonable price, I decided to terminate my membership with Allscripts. I faxed the cancellation form, called, and emailed them multiple times, but received no response. I was informed that if I did not cancel my membership after one year, I would automatically be required to continue paying for an additional year, despite the system being non-functional and simply inactive. I find this business model to be both ridiculous and predatory. I am seeking your assistance to terminate my business relationship with Allscripts and to stop any further payments for their non-working system.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt assistance.Sincerely,********* ********

I paid $4,467 for billing and credentialing services from 1/2024 to 9/22/2024. I did not receive contracted credentialing services. In addition to a lack of credentialing services, I listed numerous billing concerns and errors and a misrepresentation of their software functionality and billing service ability. When I requested a termination of our contract since services had not been received and requested a refund, they took another almost 3 months to review the request and denied any refund, while they had continued to bill during the time they spent reviewing my request. Credentialing services were never received after many attempts to resolve the issue prior to July. Billing Concerns. Patients were not able to pay online for over 2 months, and then veradigm was not able to run cards when patients called. Veradigm misrepresented it's ability for integration and communication with our EMR. Posting delays, inaccessible payment data and poor patient experience are a result of the insufficient integration. Patient information and insurance information did not cross over, multiple claims were missed by the ******, but still archived in practice fusion, No support in regards to claim denials, huge numbers of incorrect payments were recorded on the backend, and continue to occur and IT can't resolve the issue. We are having to manually audit everything since veradigm cant even see these errors until we point them out. Veradigm has not delivered on providing credentialing services, customer service, and unfortunately our ********************** salesperson misrepresented the products bidirectional capabilities, and billing services were unsatisfactory, inaccurate, and have created an auditing nightmare. I would like a refund for credentialing services since they've not been received and a partial refund for billing services to reflect the harm that poor billing services have caused. Especially since we've paid for 2 months of services since they started to review our request.

I contacted an electronic patient filing programmer to purchase and train my employees with a faster tracking system for my business. I signed a contract and proceeded with training. During the training online, the only method they offered, my employees complained of not understanding the instructions. I asked for an instructor to come and teach in person and Spanish so my employees could learn. Veradigm would not provide this option. So, I sent them a letter declining this service since they could not and would not train my staff on how to use their program. I never paid them since we could not use the program. They received my email in January 2024 and acknowledged my cancellation. Now they have another company sending me collection emails to be paid for a service I never received or could use. I am tired of being harassed by them when they were not able to fulfill our contract in training my staff. Veradigm failed to fulfill their contract by not providing training for me and my staff. They would only provide training online which my staff could NOT comprehend.

August 2023 I run a family practice and interviewed several billing companies to determine which would be a good fit there several options for various medical offices and needs. We set up an interview along with 2 other billing companies. Allscripts was scheduled for a training via Zoom. Within 10 minutes of the meeting, we knew this was not an ethical group. No one we had spoken to prior was at the meeting. Instead these were Foreigners and none of the team were American. It felt like a scam. Just within a few minutes after looking thru their program, it had copious errors. We ended the session. I told the group that we were not comfortable and felt the services were not what we had been shown previously. I made myself very clear. We are NOT interested in your product. It never went off the ground. The meeting lasted at the most 10 minutes. We hired another billing company that week and have been using their services ever since.Nonetheless, Allscripts continues to send us invoices. We do not use them, have never used them. I have kept several of the invoices with my comments asking what are we being billed for? They refuse to answer. We have had no training with them, they do not have any access to our patient info or insurance info. They do not have any access to my personal license numbers, tax id, no insurance payer portal access. NOTHING. Yet they insist we owe them thousands of dollars yet cannot support the charges with any proof we are using them.I have emailed dozens of times requesting someone explain why were are getting billed.I have called only to get a thick Indian accented person who tells me they will take care of it, but never do. I have left messages on various voicemails routed to the "appropriate person" who also has a thick Indian accent and there is no return of calls, just an insistence that we pay our bill. But what am I being billed for? No answer. This is a scam to get money. These people are very evil!

Allscripts (now Veradigm) continued billing for ***************** Services after ***** was retired 6/30/22. I received a bill for more than $5000.00 for services I was not using after July of 2022. This was paid in monthly amounts by March of 2024. I also sent my termination letter to Allscripts on 7/7/23 requesting immediate termination of unusable service. They told me I needed to cancel services within ********************************************************* August (so far they have not sent me the contract to review) and instead gave me a termination date of 8/31/24 and did not send another bill by email or any other method. They continued the secret billing monthly and I received a letter from collection company stating I owe more than $5000.00 again in June of this year. This billing for unusable services is unethical and the company representatives refuse to phone me to discuss this matter. Any ethical company would allow cancellation of a service that I CAN NOT USE!

Im the office manager of Family Gastroenterology. We started using Allscripts in September and in October it became Veradigm. We haven't been able to bill out a claim since March. I have invoices that show them pulling out the money for the bill from us every month actually showing a credit. When I call they tell me we don't have an account to link any support ticket to and hang up on me. This happened a few weeks ago and I was able to get someone in billing to prove the payments so the reactivated our account for 2 days and now we are back at the start where I don't have an account but they pulled the money out for the June invoice. We have had no payments from insurance companies in over 2 months and they will not even talk ti us. Very upset.
