I purchase an instant pot coffee maker via ****** on November 10, 2024. On May 4, 2025 the coffee maker broke/ stopped working. I called Instant Pot to tell them that the pot is not working. They emailed me and asked for pictures and a video of the coffee machine not working. I sent info on May 5, 2025. May 7, 2025 they told me a replacement pot has been ordered but due to internal system issues they do not know a mailing date for when they will ship me my replacement coffee machine. I have called and email several times and I am getting no answers. I paid $172 for a machine I cant use. I would like my money back. Since they refuse to honor their one year warranty. We bought an Instant Pot and noticed we are getting a lot of burn notices. Something is wrong with the instant pot. We own 3 instant pots total and never had any problems with the other ones. I contacted the company and they sent an email with steps to do, I did all the steps from that email. My Instant Pot failed their test. I jumped through all of their hoops. I was hung up on and talked to rudely. After that, they wanted me to jump through more hoops and submit more evidence? The evidence I already submitted is fine, per their own email to me.We are left with an appliance that we spent about $150 on that doesn't cook food correctly.Business Response

This item was purchased in July 2024, it was given as a gift to me and it stopped working after 3 uses. I have been in contact with the company by phone and ******** many times, but no one returns my calls, I have spoken to employees and they keep insisting someone will get back to me but no one ever does. On 20 March 2024, I purchased an Instant Froth Station, Model MFM-2000 through ********** for $59.95 (with tax $64.15). The unit came with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer, Instant Pot Brands. It had been working well until 15 December 2024 when it became intermittent, often not responding to the controls though they were lit. Eventually, the unit would no longer heat and wou8ld not spin at full spin, meaning it was no longer frothing. The unit was no longer capable of providing the functions for which it was purchased; it was at this time that I requested a repair or replacement by Instant Pot as per their warranty. I filed this request through their website on 12 March 2025. I received an email response from Instant Pot acknowledging my request a short time later (the same day) and was assigned case number ********. In addition, I was informed that a team member from their team would be contacting me shortly. I contacted Instant Pot again via their website requesting a follow-up as I was never contacted by the company on 21 March 2025 and was assigned a second ticket number, ********. Once again, I was told that a member of their team would contact me to follow up on this warranty request.I never received another response from Instant Pot. I am still hoping that the unit may be repaired or replaced as per the terms of the manufacturers warranty or receive a refund of $64.15. Having enjoyed this frother, I have taken great care to ensure it would last. I am disappointed that it has only lasted this long with only normal use. I supplied all of the information that was requested by Instant Pot such as the model number (MFM-2000) and the Serial Number 00+***************. Please let me know if there is additional information that might be helpful. The vortex instant plus dual air fryer was given to us about a month ago and was used about 3 times, when using it on Saturday April 5th, it over heated and shut off, was very hot waited for it cool and when it did we try to plug it back in to see if it worked and it doesn't.Business Response

I sent an email to the company asking them what to do about the warranty issue with the air fryer that was purchased for us, given to us as a gift, that does not work as it should.They asked if I had registered it, and I told them I had. Feb 15, 2024 Inpurchased a new insta pot at ***** in *********************, **. It was on sale but I had no cabinet to set it on and had to wait until I had a cabinet to set it on to use it. I tried to use it two weeks ago and its faulty. After trying the required test of the unit, it failed to complete the test or move to cook mode. It stayed in pre-heat mode. We tried 3 times. After a week and a half of asking them to send shipping labels to I can return it and get a repair or replacement and 16 calls later I only got the run around. They requested a photo of the pot, photo of the serial number and model number off the silver bracket on back of pot, and copy of my receipt. After having done so they started bullying me by sending bogus suggestions like check the lid of the pot to see if a red sticker is. I wring the valves, etc. The pot had nothing visible to prevent from working. They kept trying to run me out of WARRANTY DATE which expires 2/15/2025 in less than two weeks. I SOENT $129.99 on sale. Im a senior and exasperated by their moves to ignore me. Now they want a video of me saying g what believe is wrong with the pot when zi had multiple conversations that it just wont work or pass the test. ***** said it was elevated but when Im next in line on the call hold line, suddenly Im skipped over and 10 new people are now ahead of me after holding 35 min. They keep adding another 25 minutes every few minutes to hold time. They bump me out of sequence. They are no longer responding to my emails AFTER I SENT THE PHOTOS. ***** told me they MOVED their business and many warranty cards were lost. I speak English just fine and the pot does not work! Nothing extra can be achieved by doing a video of my face and telling them What I think is wrong! Now they claim they cant find a warranty card for my unit and the receipt is not sufficient to return the pot (I begged for shipping labels over a week ago! HELP!Business Response

I ordered the Instant Pot Indoor Grill and Air Fryer on 9-2-24 after my previous one, the Instant Pot Vortex Plus 10QT Air Fryer Oven that I was gifted *****, stopped working. I really loved it, and without thinking about the fact that I had it for less than two years, I went with the same brand. It was delivered on 9-10-24. My kiddo liked the design and it had more features with odor erase, so that sounded good. I read the reviews and a lot was the same experience I had with the one I previously owned. I figured I would get the insurance and if it lasted at least 2 years, I'd be ok with it. Unlike the Vortex, the smell filled the whole house on first use, but I thought it was just because it was new. By the 3rd use, I wanted to send it back, but my kiddo wanted to keep it. 12-23-24, my kiddo alerted me that the appliance had no power. We moved it around to different sockets just like we did the Vortex and nothing. The next day I reached out to ******* because I got the insurance, they said the product was still under manufacturer warranty and I would need to contact them. I made contact on 12-24-24, they requested photos and to answer whether water had come in contact with the appliance. No. Did we try different outlets? Yes. I answered and submitted photos of the sticker on the bottom and it plugged in. Today I received a message stating "At this time we are temporarily out of stock for your item, however, we expect a shipment soon. We have created a draft order for your replacement and when the item is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number." No *** on when this will happen. In going back and reading more reviews, I would think they would be prepared to ship new products with the number of people that state their appliance stopped working within days/months of purchase.Business Response
