    I purchased a device on December 6 2024. The user manual states that replacement parts are available on the website. This is not the case.I contacted customer service, who confirmed they are not available for purchase for this model.The user manual linked on the website as of December 25 also states that replacement parts are available for purchase, on page 36.

    We bought an instant pot in July and the lid is already becoming defective as it will not seal so the pressure will not build. I reached out to customer support 6 days ago and received an automated email with reference number ******** but have not received any assistance from this company.

    I purchased an instant pot duo plus 6 Qt whisper quiet pressure cooker in July from ******. I opened it 2 months later by which time the return window was over. The pressure cooking mode never worked and I emailed customer support on Sep 16th. After providing them all evidence and answering their many many questions, they finally replied on Oct 2nd that they have processed a replacement for me and I should get a tracking number. It has been a month and a half since then but there has been nothing shipped to be. I have emailed the company 3 times about not receiving any shipping information about the replacement and each time they say it should ship soon but no ***. At this point, I don't believe this company has any intention of honoring their warranty and if in 45 days after agreeing for a replacement, they have not shipped anything, this is just a delaying tatic until the customer forgets about it. I would like to have this company refund me for the purchase of their product or send me the replacement asap. Something to note is that there are other reviews on ****** as well for this product that mention the pressure cooking function doesn't work and this company has not honored warranty.

    The operating switch stopped working on the Instant Pot frother which was 6 mths old. I contacted Instant Pot for a warranty replacement, this was processed on 9/25 with assurance of delivery within a week or so. After several contacts, including supervisors both email and phone, after one month they state there are unprecedented software issues in shipping and they can't ship anything out. They have no estimate from IT when this will be corrected and have no other options for customers other than to wait -- no reimbursement for purchase elsewhere, "coupons" etc. **************** reads scripted replies and even high level supervisors offer no options or other support or even more info. Horrible customer service -- delay notwithstanding -- they've made no attempt to communicate or work with the issue.

    I purchased an Instant Pot Vortex Plus Air Fryer from Best Buy Canada on November 12, 2023. After less than a year, the product developed a display malfunction, making it difficult to use. I contacted Instant Brands for a warranty replacement in September 2024, and they assured me a new unit would be sent. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive the replacement. Each inquiry is met with vague assurances, and no concrete shipment date has been provided.This ongoing delay violates the warranty terms and fails to meet reasonable customer service standards. I am seeking ******************** assistance to ensure Instant Brands promptly fulfills its warranty commitment by providing a replacement for the defective air fryer.

    Thank you for facilitating communication regarding my warranty complaint with Instant Brands. However, I must reject the response provided by Instant Brands for the following reasons:
    Repeated and Generic Responses: Instant Brands has repeatedly provided the same generic explanation about "logistical changes" and "unexpected delays," without offering a clear resolution or timeline. This has been the response to every inquiry Ive made for months.

    Prolonged Delays Without Action: My warranty claim was submitted in September, and despite my patience and numerous follow-ups, I am still waiting for a replacement. A delay of over three months for a warranty replacement is unreasonable and unacceptable.

    No Clear Timeline Provided: Instant Brands has failed to specify a date or even an estimated timeframe for when shipments will resume. This lack of clarity leaves me and other affected customers without confidence that the issue is being actively resolved.

    I kindly request that Instant Brands provide a definitive timeline for when my replacement will be shipped. I also urge them to improve transparency and customer communication, as their handling of this situation reflects poorly on their commitment to honoring warranties.

    On September 25, I contacted Instant Pot customer support to report an issue with my Instant Pot that is still under warranty. After almost 2 weeks of troubleshooting, Instant Pot determined that a replacement was necessary. On October 7 they agreed to send the replacement.On October 23, I followed up to inquire about the status of the replacement, as I had not received any shipping information. On October 25, Instant Pot support responded, acknowledging delays due to warehouse changes and estimating shipment within two *********** is November 10, and I still have not received any updates or a shipping confirmation. It has now been more than a month since Instant Pot committed to the replacement, with minimal communication regarding the ongoing delays.I am frustrated by the lack of transparency and extended delays. I am seeking the BBB's assistance to prompt Instant Pot to fulfill its warranty obligation and send the replacement product in a timely manner.

    Instant Pot Brands, again, did not provide any notification about the logistical issue, and did not provide any expected date of shipment. They confirmed that the issue is still ongoing and has not been resolved, which means by the time I receive the replacement (if ever), the original purchase will be out of warranty and I will end up with potentially 2 malfunctioning products.

    In August I submitted a warranty claim for a defective oven. On September 9th, Instant Pot acknowledged that they would replace the item. This has never been done and any inquiry I make has been met with a reply claiming there was some sort of delay with their warehouse. I have been promised a new item will be shipped multiple times, yet it has never happened. At this point, over two months after my claim, I am hoping the BBB can intervene.

    On 09/27/24, they promised me to send a replacement for my malfunctioning instant pot. Till 10/31/24, they had not sent it and kept saying they had a problem with the warehouse. I asked for a refund but they refused. I had been living without a functioning pressure cooker for over a month which caused much inconvenience for some one who cooks everyday. Please just send me refund if instant pot doesnt have it in stock.

    I contacted Instant pot Brands for a defect concern of my air fryer oven. The company asked that I mail them my oven. I did so on 9/6/2024. They let me know that it had been received. After assessing it, I was told they would send a comparable replacement which I said was fine. It has now been nearly two months since I mailed them our oven and have not received any replacement. The only thing I have been told was that their warehouse was undergoing changes. No estimated date has been given. I have tried to be understanding but I feel that a replacement needs to be sent now.
