    Ordered delivery from Stitch Fix with over $350 of items in the box. Origination fee is $20 and whatever I don't return. Veho Tech, Inc. delivered the package to the wrong area and the photo associated is next to a pile of trash on the sidewalk of interstate highway Route 1 in a busy area. It is not any of the correct or designated package areas. The only thing on that street are back balconies and porches, these don't have mailboxes or addresses. The company VehoTech, **** only has text message customer service. They are unwilling to assist with lost or stolen packages due to their negligence. They are unwilling to communicate by any means besides text message which is a violation of the ****

    On October 19th in order, was picked up from a warehouse with about $200 worth of coffee that was an expected delivery of October 21st the package was never delivered on the 21st but instead the delivery window was pushed to the 23rd which I felt OK understandable it seemed a little too convenient for it to be delivered almost a day after it was ordered but then the package never came I reached out to their guest services to gain some sort of understanding as to what was going on with my package so that I knew as a customer that I could trust them they told me that due to unforeseen circumstances my package would be delayed till the 24th the 24th came and went with no package on my doorstep. I reached out to guest services again to also be told that due to unforeseen circumstances my package was not delivered yesterday with no updated delivery date after being passed around to four different people who provided me the same scripted guest services prompt with no insight as to what was happening with my $200 package. I told them that I need to know exactly what was going on with my package. They told me and I quote your package was delivered to the wrong warehouse, so I then asked them, when will I get my package? I need a definite date they said my package would be delivered on the 26th I have been given the runaround for about five days from 4 to 5 different people about the products I spent my money on for them to tell me that they were delivered to the wrong warehouse as a customer, the fact that I had to fight with guest services to understand what was happening with something I spent my money on is absolutely ridiculous. The information shouldve been forthcoming and they shouldve been completely honest from the beginning. At this point they are still passing me back-and-forth through guest service individuals when I need them to be a human being and understand why I am so frustrated.

    hi dear My 5 orders have been stolen placed from ******************* on Aug 30, shipped on Sep first by ****,delivered on 9/2 around 4:04 Pm, but my address is closed on weekends, and no one there can sign for it.
