    These sub delivery drivers are delivering packages to the wrong address and marking them as delivered, and when I go out nothing is there, tried to contact the company to no prevail, cannot get in contact with no live agent, this company is terrible and should be close for being such poor drivers

    **************** is non existent. Packages don't actually get delivered and they won't resolve delivery issues due to having fake "delivery photos". Their only solution is to "involve law enforcement if you suspect theft". Even though the package was never delivered in the first place to be stolen.

    I have never in my life experienced the level of incompetency that is Veho. I have never once received a package on time. The driver can never find my house despite every other delivery service having no issue. They blame it on my living in a new development (which is 3 years old at this point) and my house having a rear facing garage. The customer service just blows smoke and "apologizes" and says they are "taking the concern seriously". It has been over a year of missing and delayed packages. I have now started canceling orders from companies that use **** because it's just not worth it. Hopefully with enough of these bad reviews, the company will fail already and I can order packages without fear of them being withheld.

    I'm very upset that your driver simulated that he/she delivered my package and then stole it. I've never had an issue with my packages being delivered to my house. I understand it's Christmas time and scammers are afloat but I just want my package and the driver to be held accountable!!! If and when I order something again I will make sure its not being delivered by any of your drivers. I received a text at 8:06am that it was delivered and I immediately go check and nothing. Horrible **************** and experience!!!

    Horrible experience with this delivery company. Was literally outside my front door bringing in groceries when my lululemon package was delivered. No one came to my address to drop off anything. Super sketchy business where the drivers dont actually deliver what they **** as delivered. Not sure if they delivered it to the wrong address or just kept the package for themselves.

    **** delivered my box to the wrong address and then refused to fix the problem in any way (retrieve the box and bring it my address and/or provide a refund). They just effectively threw away my $100+ box of groceries and then said "ooops sorry."

    they are a delivery service who foes not deliver.driver sent me a picture of where my box was left.it was NOT my house.i contacted veho.they sent driver back who claimed to them that he located the package and left it at my door.i have cameras set up. driver came back, but EMPTY HANDED. never left my package at my house. all my packages from saks require a signature. i obviously did NOT sign for this. when i contacted veho they told me to deal with saks.shame on them.
