    Kates security need to do a refresh on how to communicate with peer the ***** Sergeant lieutenants do not know how to talk to us security guards. They talk down as if were beneath them as if were not working together and its very unprofessional and most of the lieutenants and ********s and *****s. Im making this job a hostile environment. They do not know how to do customer service nor do they know how to come to greet you with a hello very unorganized And the ******** Lieutenant may love to threaten us with our jobs, as if we dont know that we can be replaced

    The professional demeanor and customer service aspect was not present in ******* **** and while Sgt. ******* tried to maintain her composure she did a really poor job of addressing the customer concerns and was more interested in her staff. When in all actually the first ******* was asked why I was required to take a picture and instead of just giving the policy or rule as to why SHE got upset and said to Sgt. ******* I cant do this my blood pressure is rising. Well if ******* **** has a health condition that impedes her from answering questions that *** be generated when she simply gives a blanket statement then perhaps she should seek employment elsewhere. Because weather she is aware in her position people *** ask questions and with all due respect, are very much deserving of an answer. Additionally in a customer service situation you *** often times encounter a customer with a not so pleasant demeanor. One of your jobs is to address the issues without letter YOUR unpleasant demeanor surface.
