    a little over a year ago I purchased a data recovery software, I tried to use it for about a week and it was c*** I deleted it from my computer and forgot about it. today I was charged a fee of 106$ for a renewal of a worthless product. I contacted clever bridge, they canceled my subscription but refused to refund. these people hide the auto renewal and hope you don't notice until they hit you for another year of subscription for double the initial year. I'm 70 yrs old rarely check email and this predatory company takes advantage of it. Leeches, plus this system won't let me leave a true rating which would be less than zero, but the worst I can leave is 1 and this feature inflates the true score of this horrible company

    Sorry for the experience. cleverbridge is an e-commerce partner to many online software and digital subscription companies. cleverbridge does not make any software. The customer contacted the software publisher directly and did not request a refund through cleverbridge. The subscription renewal has been refunded in the full amount on August 9, 2022.     I utilized this business also known as Survio over a year ago to conduct a client survey for a one to three month period. I filled out there request to cancel form numerous ***********************. I was not satisfied with the quality of the survey. I also have some visual impairment so I contacted customer service by phone multiple, perhaps eight times to cancel. Additionally, I contacted their customer service six times by phone and their email link to state I wish to cancel my subscription. Despite all of these interventions, I was continuously charged last year and all of this year for a continued subscriptionI wished to cancel. The just sent me another email stating they debited $65 out of my account this month off July 2022. I called and wrote to speak of my visual impairment and they would not cancel or refund my subscription although they can clearly identify I have not utilized this subscription since last September2021. Completely unethical.
