    I am having problems getting logged into my Reagan.com webmail account and need to get in touch with their tech support to look at what's going on with my email. I cant open them or send anything etc.. I tried to block SPAM and it just went blank now I cant open, read or send emails not to mention important communications I need access to. This is happening because of all the SPAM I've been getting. I don't like the way they handle SPAM are they investigating where and who is sending these fraudulent emails from they tell you to just SPAM it. I'm not happy with that answer what are they doing to prevent it? I constantly question whether or not its tech support contacting me for issues or updates to my account especially when their using reagan.com email addresses, obviously their Phishing and always claim to be with Reagan.com tech support its very confusing because half the time I don't know if its them or not they need to do something about it because my email is messed and I need to get work done important deadlines etc.. live chat doesn't work, phone number doesn't return calls, there's no other possible way of getting into my account to reset the password not only that they don't even recognize my phone number for me to log into the member/tech support portal ! what's up with that? reading the other comments/complaints it seems I'm not the only one having this problem.I've had an account with them for several yrs and up until the last yr or so it seems to have gotten worse (the SPAM and customer service/tech support accessibility). I was surprised to find to out that their not even accredited by the BBB which makes me even more skeptical. I hope I get a reply very soon this is a huge inconvenience plus I have a PAID subscription you should provide better **************** and tech support access its very disappointing not to mention frustrating and time consuming. Thank you.

    Long time member of reagan.com and paid up until mid-2026. Website no longer has an active support site (zendesk) or chat and has acted very different the last few days and would like to change my password! For some reason when I am logged in the "Change Password" selection in my settings does not appear as a choice! So I attempted to do so through the "Forgot Password" link on the log-in screen and when I get the verification screen and asks for my phone it has problem recognizing it so can't change and feel vulnerable not being able to do so and can't find any way to report the problem and get any answers. Beginning to think they have been hijacked as very strange actions on their site.

    I am trying to cancel my account for the last two weeks, they do not answer and are continuing my account when it should have expired. Trying to get through to them is like pulling teeth. All I am asking to be rid of this company which is the worst website ever. They have no phone number to call and wont answer through support. I have sent several messages without a response. I have just got out of the hospital and would like this situation resolved without any charges since I said I wanted to cancel.

    Have been having problems getting into my ****** email. This occurs often lately and there seems to be no way to contact ****** support for help. Was able to access my email account this morning, not able to do so this afternoon. I purchased a three-year contract so have no idea what to do. Thank you for your help.

    I have been having issues logging in to my reagan.com email account. I've had the account for about ten years and all of a sudden it stopped recognizing my password and secret answer. I got some help a few days ago from a chat **** who updated my secret answer. I was able to log in and then changed my password. Now I can't log in, it doesn't recognize my secret answer, AND the chat option won't connect. I need the company to contact me to resolve this so I can log in. I will eventually be canceling this service.

    For the past week, during the morning hours, I send out emails and they return undeliverable stating "abusive pattern". I contacted Geek Squad for assistance and they stated it was a server issue with Reagan.com. I did email reagan.com helpdesk through a third party email asking for assistance and contact. My emails seem to work in the afternoons, but not during the morning - this occurred last wednesday to today. I have sent 3 emails to ******* asking for help. To this date, no one has responded to my request for assistance.

    Reagan.com has been non-responsive to multiple attempts to contact them to renew an email address. We were never notified that it would be disabled and now it's non-functional. I've submitted numerous tickets and sent multiple emails. I can't log in with the account to renew (says the account is invalid) and it won't let me re-sign up using that same email. I've been trying to get this resolved since January 2025.

    My reagan.com email is not working. All of my emails (EVEN TO MY OWN EMAIL ADDRESS) are being rejected as: "541 5.7.1 Abusive Pattern Detected (ZD/78CA4DB) (in reply to end of DATA command)"Reagan.com support is garbage. I have been waiting forever for the chat support people to connect with me to resolve this issue. How many clients does reagan.com's email service have? I bet there are only a couple of dozen of us still foolish enough to be using this email service. ****** ****** would be ashamed that his name was on this email service.Bill
