I am reaching out as I have a daughter with medical issues, which causes me to miss work minimally. I am hitting roadblocks applying for ************. I have applied for ************, which does not provide financial assistance, but secures my employment in case I have to miss a day for her illness- It protects me from losing my job. After dealing with the ************ website, and calling a dozen times, it is my contention that they are intentionally difficult so as to prevent people from acquiring Family Medical Leave Assistance in the state of *******. I can conclude this by the following:*The Phone number is not listed on the ****************** website *I have typically waited for 30 minutes before anyone answers the phone ******************* never received the **** leave paperwork, after four attempts (They denied me due to not receiving paperwork back from my Doctor). *The **** leave paperwork is not readily available for me to print and bring to my Doctor myself. -This has been an extremely difficult process for me, a computer savvy forty year old man. I cringe to think what it's like for someone in their later years, trying to obtain these services to protect their jobs during a family crisis. Please, please have someone look into this, as I cannot be the only one they are doing this too. Thank you for everything.Initial Complaint

My request was cancelled as a duplicate. It is not a duplicate. After being on the phone for over ************************************** incorrectly, refused to fix it according to my specific instructions and refused to connect me to a supervisor to assist. I then put the claim in correctly on my own. That claim has since been cancelled as a duplicate. I have been calling for days and cant get through. I called on Wednesday 3 times waited over 30 minutes each time and I was told all the supervisors in The building had gone home for the evening.If you send an email it takes over a week for a response. This business is a complete joke. I submitted a claim over 2 months ago and all they can tell me is that check was mailed out over a month ago. Each time I have called they tell me i have to wait over 30 days from the mail out date of the check which is insane! I cannot believe any company would want to do business with this company. I am escalating this to my employer as I know other employees continue to have similar issues with them!Business Response

I have reached out to this company who is the parent company of FMLA Source trying to obtain my FMLA records. Their agents hang up, are rude and refuse to give me my records and this has cost me my job. These records could get my job back.Business Response

I'm a provider for this business. I provided contracted onsite services on behalf of Compsych at the end of December 2022 and sent the invoice in the next day. The employees of Compsych failed to forward the paperwork to reimburse me, and when contacted later, I feel they were deceptive and deliberately made a point to not pay for these services. I have followed up several times but it appears there is no desire to pay this bill. I must point out that this is a recurring problem with this agency and has happened before, requiring months and months of constantly hounding these people. They seem to have the mindset that you should be required to provide them services immediately, but paying you for your time is optional or not a priority.Business Response

ComPsych's accounts payable team received this request for reimbursement on 2/27/2023 and typically requires 30 days to process. In this case ComPsych has made an exception and payment has been made. An email with the remittance information was also sent to the Provider on 3/8/2023. This has been resolved.Customer Answer

I was an employee of ******* and was provided ComPsych through that employment. Before I left ******* at the end of 2022, I had filed and out of network claim with ComPsych for mental health appointments. I was told that it would take 30 day before I heard from anyone. In that time I lost access to the online portal page. I did not hear back about my claim. I continued to get bills from the provider and have no been able to continue therapy until this has been resolved. I called ComPsych on 2/13/23 to find out the status of my claim, to which I was told they don't have a claim, they don't have my scanned bill on file; nothing had been done in the 30+ days and no one told me. I was advised to email by bill this time to info-******************************************* I got an auto generated email to wait 2 business days for a response - I never got one. On 2/20/23 I called ComPsych again and they didn't tell me if they got the email I sent on 2/14 of the bill but they did say some of the dates on the claim were processed on 2/10 but some didn't because they didn't have the codes (the codes are clearly on the bill). It's impossible to get a clear answer from the people here. I have been through the ringer and every day they send me on a new wild goose chase. There's no communication from them, they're leaving me dangling, and I don't feel confident that I'm getting any kind of support when I call looking for help.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: They've moved blame on to other people and have not accepted responsibility for their terrible customer service support. They say they will reach out to the provider about the bill being sent to me, the patient, but that's not exactly what my original complaint was about, was it? I do not accept this response.
