  This is a horrible company and they make it as hard a possible to find a therapist. Their process is not helpful and create more anxiety than anything else. No one has any answers and every takes days or longer. There is no concern that it finally got so bad you have called for help and all you get is the run around to get any assistance.

  Got recently added to my husband's insurance because I lost my ******** and this is the worst company! I was seeing a therapist for 3 years who accepts my current highmark insurance but since we are forced to use ******* for some reason now I can no longer see her because she is not under Compsych. No one accepts Compsych and the more frustrating part is all therapists accept my highmark insurance but we are forced to go thru Comsych only! Which makes no sense. Compsych also has only like eight therapists available.

  I am very unpleased with the result of just happened. I've been working with ComPsych for the last 2 months or so. I have a learning disability and I needed to take testing for work but needed documentstion. They approve my first visit and I had to jump through hoops to find a provider approved by them. After I took some test and my eval, they denied my 2nd second due to "learning disability" which I told them up front what I needed testing for. They wasted over 2 months and I saw a provider which is 45mins to an hour away. I am down to the wire to take my test and I am at square one. I feel this is very discriminated against anyone with any type of learning issue. The communication is horrible. If at any point ComPsych saw their mistake, they didn't informed me. T

  This is such a terrible company and I'm so mad my employer chooses to use them for psych insurance. Navigating their website is extremely difficult and finding where to file a claim and where to see past claims is needlessly complex. Its as if they are doing it on purpose to make me not want to file a claim. Its borderline criminal.

  ComPsych is horrible. My husband's company carves out behavioral health and Compsych is the provider. Hardly anyone in my area accepts Compsych, It's hard enough finding a provider who can take on new patients, then when you do, no one accepts Compych. It's like a ghost plan.,

  I have been hunting down a check for my deductible they said they sent 3 weeks ago and they won't work with me to get it to me. After reading other people's stories that they stole money from other patients makes me believe they're just not even sending me my money at this point for their own sick gain. I've never encountered such a poor quality company. I don't think suing them is the right route, but I just want justice for myself and other patients. For a company that is supposed to facilitate in bettering one's mental health, my mental health is WORSE because of their negligence.

  I burned PTO for confirmed appointments with 2 different providers which never happened. Compsych employees didn't seem to comprehend different time zones or how valuable my time is. To label this company an "employee assistance program" is gross and laughable. This company made an already bad situation SO MUCH worse.

  Hardly any providers accept Compysch, I ask for a list of providers, they give me the results... 1/2 of the providers I call never heard of Compysch and don't accept them, or I ask for a provider that specializes with a specific mental health issue and they give me results of people who have nothing to do with my request... And then they try and get you to do FREE online support group "help" which also has nothing at all to do with your requests. I feel like they don't listen , or understand what you are looking for.. But then when their results provide no benefit , they always have a quick canned answer ... "System error" with how they populated their results ... So you wait a week or 2 for a provider list.. only to get a useless list . And they act as if this is no big deal and you shouldn't be upset about the waste of time this has created .. some of the advice I have gotten from ******** even made my PCP shake his head... I have to wonder how many people have done self-harm or worse due to having to deal with Compysch.. it's really that bad .

  They are the provider for the State employees. Horrible. They don't answer the phone much of the time. When they did, they refered me to a provider that wasn't even accepting patients through them. I called back, they left me on hold and disappeared. They haven't answered the phone since then, nor responded to emails. I started calling for help in November, it's now January. Someone else's review said they are by design discouraging users until we give up--I'd say that's evident. This is people's health.

  They have an employee scamming people on different ******** helping groups. People filled out a fake application and was asked to give bank account information to buy equipment. Then this scammer took money illegally out of the victims accounts.
