      Basically stealing at this point. Advertised tickets as "weekday only" tickets for hurricane harbor. Upon going on our planned family vacation on a Friday we find out the park is not open weekdays as advertised for the tickets we purchased. Talking with customer service they stated the ad said they can be used on Sunday(weekend) but the actual tickets that were purchased states they CANNOT be used on Saturday or Sunday and they will not issue a refund.

      Horrible customer service and you will pay just as much if not more in the fees they wrap up under "Tax, Recovery Charges, and Service Fees". Definitely buyer beware!

      Ripped off :I booked a hotel room through Perkspot. When I received my receipt from checking out I noticed there was a forty dollar difference in the price on the receipt than the more expensive price through Perkspot. It seems the actual discount went to alliance or whatever company they use to make the reservations.When I called both the hotel and Alliance I was told that Alliance pays the hotel to get the discount for the consumer. It seems Alliance and Perkspot are the ones who get the discount not the consumer.
