    False Advertisement!!! I feel like I'm stuck with this company at this point due the unpredictable prices. I received email to renew at 10.1 not even a week ago. Today I sent to renew it was giving me 10.6. The email stated I had until March 15th to get the 10.1 rate. They would not honor the emailed prices!! Buyer beware.

    I am very disappointed in Champion energy and how much my bill has risen this past few months. During the summer my bill used to be $150- $200 and now it is around $400- $650. When I called to set up a payment plan I was denied because my bill was not past due yet. I was forced to wait until it was overdue and I called again to set up a payment plan but was denied. Stated that my bill was past due and that I needed to wait until I got a disconnection letter. Again being forced to wait again I called again when I got the letter. I was then denied again and I can not do anything because I got the disconnection letter. I think it is unfair that Champion energy does this to its customers instead of helping them. It demonstrates that Champion energy have no empathy for there customers other companies provide better service to their customers and are kind. The only solution I was offered was to disconnect the service and pay for the disconnection fee. This feels like an abuse by Champion energy.

    I was solicited by this company earlier in the year to switch my Gas and Electric energy supplier to their company. I listened to the sales pitch and said that I would listen to their pricing. I did NOT know that they signed me up via a VERBAL contract (never heard of such a thing)! They signed me up without any signature and for a term of 4 years that was no better than the pricing I currently had. I feel liked I was bullied into this contact by the phone salesman with out a full explantion of what they were doing. Now they would like to charge me $4800 to get rid of this contact they forced on me. I feel blindsided by their approach and was hoping to get some support from you to make this contract null and void without penalty.As I mentioned, the contract they signed me up for was for the same pricing $.132 pr KW that I currently had. My existing suppplier has been working with me offering me a pricing of $.102 which is substantially lower. Please advise if this is something you might be able to help with
