    Wrote my zone on 5 occasions. The websites states they will responded within 72 hours. It took many weeks for them to reply. They asked us to confirm address and email to send shipping label. Then ***** never wrote back. We wrote them again and *** responded back to us. She asked us to complete a bunch of tests. We completed the tests and let them know the items still wont hold a charge or turn on and if they could send replacement like they told us. Gie or no one has responded to us since. They close the tickets out after 3 days and they are the ones who don't respond. They even sent a message saying the ticket will be closed if we dont respond but they were the ones who stopped responding. The company is trying to avoid sending replacements to people whose items are under warranty. They write just a few messages and then completely stop. You can see many many reviews claiming the same.

    I have been a loyal customer to ********************** and have purchased 6 MZ-Switch Heart Rate monitors for friends and family, and I have used mine religiously.I lost my personal device and set up a new one immediately. However, my new device would not hold a charge. I submitted a request for a replacement on 2/6/24, and initially was getting communication, and was told I was well within my 12 month warrant period and could exchange the broken MyZone for a new one. I was told I would receive a shipping label in 1-2 business days to send the broken product back and receive a new one free of charge. It has now been 3 weeks, and I have submitted several inquiries with no response. At this point I have lost hope for receiving a replacement and I just want a refund of the $159.99 for the device that will not hold a charge.

    Hello, My zone offers a 12 month warranty on their products. I have received warranty replacements before, but what they send me never lasts either, so I have another device in hand that is within the 12 mo window for replacement. I filed for warraty replacement and I was told they will not honor it because I have had warranty replacements before. I am a personal trainer and I have 20+ devices for my clients and now My Zone is saying they will not replace any further devices for me DESPITE offering a 12 month warranty on all devices. They are ignoring their policy.

    I purchased a MZ 60 watch for my husband for Christmas; purchased on 12/20/22. Invoice number ******. He didn't want the watch. I've been trying to return the watch ever since, by emailing, to no avail. **************************** doesn't work. ****************** -no response. ******************* no response. I sent emails to all accounts on December 25th at 10:46PM, December 28th, and January 16th. I even attempted to reconcile through live chat to no *****. Finally on January 23rd I mailed the watch back to ***************************** ***** Tracking Number: **** **** **** **** **** 12) with the company's invoice that I received. However, I have yet to receive a refund for my payment. The item was received by MyZone on January 24th 10:53AM. I would like a refund of my money.

    I ordered a myzone-3 charger for myzone device from this company. It is a replacement piece. The company sent me the myzone switch replacement charger. This is the Wrong charger. Hence I contacted myzone through a live chat. There is no person to speak with all communication is through email. I have contacted them many times. 1 of my visitor tickets is #********. I got no where with myzone so I ordered a myzone-3 charger from Amazon. Again again I received the myzone switch. Both times I have ordered the myzone 3 and received the switch. I believe something went wrong in the packaging. I would just like the correct myzone-3 charger. So frustrating not being able to speak with someone. **************** experience has been awful.
