    Club owner here. **************** is absolutely abysmal. There is no way to get meaningful help when you need it.Good luck if you have to do business with them!

    I used a MyZone Switch heart rate monitor for about a year. I had no issues with the product. I went to a gym that connected My Zones to their gym. When I left that gym, I needed to remove it from my MyZone device. I was locked out of my MyZone account and the Forget Your Password functionality did not work. It took 2 support ticket submissions and over a week to get that resolved. Once I could log into my account, I submitted 6 tickets over a month and not only was my issue never resolved, Support did not answer any of the tickets. No communication at all. I purchased another hear rate monitor from another company. Although it worked well, I don't recommend purchasing from MyZone because if you do have any problems, Support will likely ignore your tickets.

    This is a good product from a very poor company. I have been trying t oget hold of them for over a week to simply return an unopened device. The return policy allows for 30 days to return but they have no phone number in the US to call. I recommend against this device
