    While biking through my neighborhood, a beautiful and modern fence stopped me in my tracks. I took a picture of the placard and immediately called Bespoke! I was able to secure an appointment very quickly to discuss our options. Each choice nicer than the next! We had our fence decided before our salesperson Edwin left. Materials included composite with a steel frames and a swing gate to allow for a 10' access. Our fence looks amazing. As happy as we are, we were more impressed with the workers. Due to unforeseen circumstances, an obstacle occurred, and the team stayed until the job was finished and that was 10:45 pm. They were solid gentleman and were dedicated to finishing. It was hard to watch them in the dark and cold and we wished we could make their task easier. They are your true heroes of Bespoke! We highly recommend Bespoke.

    My quote process was great, but it was all downhill from there. The project manager is incapable of being forthright. My fence was installed wrong twice, crooked, uneven and they left me with locks that are installed wrong. Despite the effort of **************** (who came out to the site and finally had the fence corrected), that PM continues to not live up to anything he says. My neighbors keep asking for my contractor. Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company because of the *** They are the representative to the customer. They represent poor service.

    ABSOLUTELY DO NOT! DO NOT Hire these guys. A project that should have taken 3 days is approaching 2 MONTHS NOW! I've been without a fence for two months now! First they did a horrible job putting the poles in, they only poured a little bit of concrete at the bottom to secure the poles in soil! I had to tell a professional fence company that they need to pour concrete AT LEAST all the way to the top. Then my fence was powder coated like absolute  GARBAGE. It was chipped and the paint was horrible put on. Oh and some parts were powder coated and some parts were clear coated! I made them take it back a repaint it. They did and it STILL was painted like ****! Its been A MONTH AND A HALF and I'm still waiting for them to repaint it while I have NO FENCE on my property! These people have NO business being a fence company nor even being a business!! I hope they go OUT of business!! Two months what should have been a 3 day job!!

    Professional, courteous and stellar customer service and ********************** installation. I highly recommend this company for all of your fencing needs! They are one of the best companies that I've dealt with to beautify and secure my home.

    I Had a cedar(?) security fence installed last year by Bespoke Fence. The fence is not secure, the top portion of the fence has gaps in it horizontally, the gate rattles and shakes when there is a strong wind, and there is a large gap between the entry gate and the post. Called the company numerous times and told by the secretary someone would contact me to take care of the problem or come out. No one ever came out. They never called me with any information to resolve the problem or when it would be resolved. I've gone by the office a few times. Spoke with **** who told me the problem would be taken care of. He also obtained the pictures I had of the fence. Called him several times and again reassured the problem would be corrected. Still nothing has been done. I went by the office two weeks ago with pictures of the problem and again was told that the problem would be addressed. This large gap around the gate makes the fence insecure. I can see my neighbor's house through this large gap without opening the gate. The inside of my yard is equally visible outside of the gate before entering. The top of the fence with horizontal gaps is a new problem that has developed with the fence recently. I have not heard from anyone there. The fence is less than a year old and all these issues have developed. It is appalling that people do not stand behind their work or word in business today. Is it because I am a woman and that's the reason my problems with the fence are ignored by the installing company? It is equally appalling that I am treated so shabbily. All I'm asking of them is to correct these flaws in the fence. Thoroughly disappointed in the service, product, and the management.
