      My complaint is the way the department collects payments is set up for failure. The online portal is impossible to get with. I stop receiving statements two years ago just to find out that I have been charged multiple times for late fees carried over high interest during the hardship of the pandemic. This company is absolutely horrible to work with. they receive subsidized money from the government while property of the hardship of a pandemic due to the country shutting down I do not believe is right there are many many other issues that Ive come across that I believe should be outlawed. the company has made three times much on interest off the late payment then the actual purchase price.

      I am filing this complaint due to ongoing inaccuracies on my credit report caused by this company's reporting.       Ive had my harley financed through eaglemark for almost 2 years. Every month on the third, the phone calls start. I have receieved calls as early as 6 am and as late as 1030 pm. I have also received 24 or more calls in a 7 day ******* I previously told multiple people to take me off their call list due to harassment. I also filled out their cease and desist more than 3 months ago. They claim to have no knowledge of it. Several years ago I was having a rough time and was behind on a loan with a repossession order on my truck. They had every reason to call me to the full extent of the law but never once called excessively. Im current on this loan and have my phone blown up every month starting on the third. They dont even give me a reasonable grace ******* One friends answer was "pay on the first". And I would absolutely love to. I just work so much that its frequently not an option. Because of this I have attempted to set up autopay multiple times. Their system wont allow it to go through. Ive attempted to get assistance, but every employee tells me I have to go through the website. Im pretty convinced this is a tactic to get the higher "convenience fee".I realize many of these laws im basing this off of are for prior debt collection done by third parties. But 24 calls in a 7 day period is harassment. Plain and simple. I have gone through and blocked every number they've called from in the past several months. However, between the third and 10th of this month they still called me 11 times. I put "no further contact" as a resolution, but this is primarily to inform people of how awful this business is to work with. Earlier today when somebody finally transferred me to a manager I definitely made sure that I made it very clear i do not want any further contact from this business.. From this point on, until I have time to refinance, if any contact needs to be made it will be started by me. Any further contact will guarantee a harassment lawsuit.

      My wife and I are having financial difficulties and I am on social security. We have fallen behind on the bill but are making the payments the best we can without being homeless or food. We have asked for an extension and they keep denying the extension and they call numerous times a day and week at all hours of the day. They are harassing us for money we dont have. They dont care about anything other than money we have even tried to see if they would refinance the loan and to no avail. These people dont want to or dont care about their customers

      We were told an amount to pay to keep current. It was paid and woman who took payment said we were good. Called again they said she no longer worked there and her actions were void.

      Have lost wages and doing all I can to make the payments. Harley financial services keeps harassing me. The agent I spoke to said as long as I was making some type of payment I was good. Now they are calling numerous times a day and night and all week. Also have talked to the customer service *** and explained our situation and have requested an extension numerous times so that we can get caught up on the payment and they keep denying the extension and tell us they cant do anything except keep calling and keep trying to take money when there is no money to give

      I made my payment on my motorcycle on 4/12/2025. 10 days before it is even due. It was pending in my account for $471.00. The then on 4/14/2025 TWO payments of $471.00 was taken out of my bank account by **********************. We called and notified them MULTIPLE TIMES. Even got on the phone with our bank who confirmed the two payments came out. Everyone we speak to keeps telling us that they did not take the money that **** did. No one can even tell us how they came to this conclusion that it is a **** issue. We still have not gotten our money back and no answers. 4 motorcycles we have financed through them - pretty terrible way to treat loyal customers.

      I had a loan through HDFS with gap coverage. When I bought the bike I put 3600 down on the loan. I was in an accident and the bike was deemed a total loss from the accident. Insurance paid out ****** to include 3k in accessories coverage. Gap only covered 3k of the balance stating they didnt cover accessories. Now I owe 3k left on the loan. Their response I ludicrous as I had a policy with my insurance company to cover accessories and I paid for those when I bought the bike. Harley gap coverage is not what they claim covers the difference between what you owe on your motorcycle loan and the actual cash value (ACV) if it's stolen or totaled
