      Received a letter from this bank, regarding a credit application that I supposedly filled out WHICH I DID NOT, called Eaglemark Savings Bank and they wanted me to give them my ss#, absolutely NOT....someone already has it...they told me to call the different credit bureau's....

      Had an agreement to miss payments on bike til January 10 2025. Harley repossessed said bike. Upon doing so they blocked me from paying my other loans thru online and my bank even over phone. When I tried explaining several times on different calls they still won't helnme and then hung up

      Financed a bike through HD Credit. In July 24, the bike was totaled. Filed with State Farm for the loss. State Farm low balled me for over $10,000 less than value. I refused each settlement they offered. I finally had to hire an attorney. State Farm, sent a check to HD Credit for $29,000, leaving a balance. HD Credit then issued the title to State Farm doing a paper repo. I was never contacted by HD Credit. They just release my title to them with out speaking with me. Their respond was, State Farm told us they haven't heard from you since Dec? Same month they were advised I was represented by an attorney.

      I called customer service at **************, to inquire about a past due amount on my account. The Service Representative and I were having issues communicating and she was not understanding my issue. I make payments above the billing amount and when it hits Zero due, I skip a cycle if I have other uses for my money. When I opened my January statement on the website, it had a zero balance on payment due for January. When I opened my February statement, it said I had a past due amount of $86 from January, which I paid with the February amount. I asked her to explain how this affects my account, and if this is a delinquency will be reported on my credit if not resolved. I asked to be transferred to a Supervisor, she asked me to hold and the line went quiet for a while and the call disconnected. The call was placed at 1605 hrs, and lasted approximately 25 minutes. The only resolution I seek is to speak with a person knowledgeable enough to discuss my issue, and with the authority to come to a resolution.

      I am 26 days past due on my account and ***************************************** has blocked my access to my online account until the past due amount is paid. I have called Myhdfs and they state that I must pay as a guest or over the phone and cannot make payments on my account. It seems illegal to lock someone out of their account for this reason.

      ****** ****** *********************************************************** ************ Account # ************** I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received from your call center on January 17th, 2024. The representative I spoke with was utterly unprofessional, berating me and repeatedly cutting off my attempts to explain the issue with a fee charged to my account. This call ended with the representative hanging up on me, which I find completely unacceptable for a company of your ************* a loyal customer who has purchased multiple motorcycles and invested thousands of dollars with your company, I expect better treatment. I am an integral part of your ecosystem, and this disrespectful behavior is not befitting of a valued customer.For months, I have been trying to resolve this issue through your call center, only to be met with empty promises of supervisor contact. My recent interaction with *** *****, who provided me with the necessary information to file this complaint, was the only positive experience. *** assured me that all calls are recorded and an investigation will commence. I demand that all calls dating back to at least October 2024 be thoroughly reviewed.Please respond to this email immediately or contact me via cell phone. I expect a resolution to this matter that reflects the stature of your company.Sent from my iPhone

      I went to the Harley Davidson in ********************* to try to get a new bike. Anyway it didnt workout and now today 1/14/25 I get a new credit card in the mail from Harley that I did not apply for. This is shady. I didnt apply for a credit card I want this account closed and I am contacting the dealership and credit bureau about your shady credit practices.

      I have been trying to get HD financial to remove a lien from my motorcycle after paying it off on March 3, 2016. I have been calling the last several months again after getting frustrated and putting to the side a number of times. Again attempting to get send the electronic lien release that Arizona requires. Everytime I talk to customer service I get referred to try and email or call another department. This is ridiculous when I fulfilled my obligations and they admitted it but will not allow me to obtain the title for 9 years.

      My son ***** and I went to Ring of Fire Harley Davidson little over a year ago. My son is 28. I agreed to co sign for him. The sales man he spoke with actually opened up for us on the day they were supposed to be closed. But I know nothing about motorcycles and I verbally heard the conversation between salesman and my son. He said the stereo system or sound system on it was *******. And we paid I found out later a lot more for things like this. But the amount isnt so bad as the lies told to us. There was no system on it. In fact the radio didnt work. And the saddle bags with the speakers in it leak bad and if it does rain the bags fill up. My husband called the salesman because he was very upset with the false information told to us. He called the salesman and we listened and he asked him where there is a ******** sound system at on bike. He said thats what the gentleman that traded in to them. My husband ask then you dont know if it did or didnt and he said no they took the owners word. And then my husband ask if he brought a bike in and said it had a ****** built motor in it would you accept his word. The salesman said no. And my husband said the saddle bags leak bad and this is verbally what salesman said. All saddle bags leak and you just drill some holes in bottom of bags to let it drain out. Well my husband said I want to tell you something I have Harleys and have always had them. My husband also said he came in this place and purchased a brand new 2017 road glide laguna orange and can show him the paperwork where he bought and he has never had bags leak before. My son has stage 4 lupus and health issues now. And we did try contacting the dealership and didnt get anywhere. And someone told us to contact bbb and thats what were doing. But my husband has had a dozen Harleys but never no trouble but this one time. I think because Im a woman and didnt know he took advantage of us. One more thing. The bike hasnt got 500 miles more on it.

      I was assured by 3 representatives that I would not be charged a late fee because it was not my fault, yet I was charged a late ******* am I supposed to trust a company when their representatives lie?
