      I love Harley Davidson motorcycles. I wished I read the reviews prior picking Harley Financial Services. I have started to prepay the monthly payments to push out to January. Still the due date has not changed and when I call they have some ******** excuse. I rely on the sales staff at Harley Davidson and have purchased over 4 bikes from them and this is the 1st time I ever used Harley Financial Services. Now I will refinance this loan and get far away since I feel the longer I stay I'm going to get screwed. When you talk to them on the rude they seem like they hate their jobs!

      Terrible loans rates. Told 8% interest only to find out there's Daily interest added. Will be more than 20% interest if the loan goes the full term.

      -1 out of 10 Go to a local bank and get a loan! Buyer Beware! You will have nothing but hassle with this loan firm.I had the most difficult time selling my motorcycle private party. The buyer had to send a wire twice because ******** of New York Mellon kicked it back and then charged a fee to do so. Customer service reps ******* direct questions and attempt to move you off the call without actually assisting your needs. Here is a clue: Just ask for a supervisor right out of the gate! Ask for **** in Rider Services or ******. They seem to actually care. All others that I spoke with were less than helpful and very difficult to work with.

      ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE EVER GET A LOAN THROUGH THIS COMPANY.. THEY REFUSE TO TAKE A PAYMENT WITH A CARD.. EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD AT THE DEALERSHIP THAT I COULD PAY MY BILL WITH THIS EXACT CARD THEY REFUSE TO TAKE THE PAYMENT.. HARLEY FINANCIAL IS JUST LOOKING TO REPO BIKES AND RESELL THEM. I WILL BE CHANGING MY L9AN TO A DIFFERENT BANK TOMORROW. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY F****** RIDICULOUS.. BUNCH OF F****** CROOKS

      They are vultures!Constantly calling me 3-5x per day, and when I talk to them its always someone from ***** who you cant understand.I even told them to remove certain phone numbers but they don't listen, and keep calling those.I even told them I was making a payment on Friday, they still call everyday Monday-Friday, and I ask the person read the notes. Sure enough it says I'll make a payment, so I ask them why did you call then? The person always goes silent.Also, I paid over $3000 towards Principle payments, come to find out I signed a clause saying Harley doesn't allow Principle Payments only on a bike. I was so furious.Never buy a Harley Davidson again.

      They charge 12 dollars to pay your **** over the phone. They are very rude the manager was even more rude than the agent. I will be refinancing locally but will not ever finance with them again. 1 STAR BECAUSE CAN'T DO 0

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. After reading other reviews & seeing the rating, it makes sense - financial services ***** is a joke! Some of the most garbage customer service - unprofessional & did not care to resolve at all. Loan was paid off by the end of June 2022. After multiple attempts to change our password to access our online acct. because it never sent a pw reset link, we were forced to call in & deal with the sub-par customer service. I advised that they failed to cancel our auto-pay and withdrew another payment after the pay off. They claimed they would issue a refund check within "15 days" of pay off - math clearly isn't their strong suit as it wasn't issued until nearly a month after it was paid in full; check was finally issued on 7/25/22 but we are still waiting as of 8/8/22. I had to call again today because we still have not received our refund check & the reps ******* were "our standard mailing time is **** days"...? Again with the math accuracy. I was then told we continue to wait because it must be **** fault for being "slow sometimes" (or because it would be an inconvenience to reissue a new check & clearly simple math is outside of that reps basic skill set...). Great service telling a customer to "just wait longer" on money that they shouldn't have been overcharged to begin with had they done their jobs on the initial call, canceling auto-pay as requested. Completely unwilling to expedite the reissued refund payment or send via another method or even give a timeline as to when we can expect the refund. Talked to a supervisor thinking that would make a **************** was worse - copped an attitude, grunting, arguing, rude, & again no remorse & did not care when I told her the experience was terrible overall. Sadly we aren't the only ones to suffer this c*** & clearly Harley could care less about fixing the customer service & online account issues.

      This is one of the upmost un American companies there is This is the first time I used them and will be the last and the last harley-davidson I will ever buy. Due to HDFS
