      First off, they called my husband's adult daughter to leave a message for me. No where on earth have I ever or would I EVER leave her name/number as a contact point. The reason, because three statements have been returned in the mail to them. I am not sure why because my mailing address has not changed. Besides I AM PAPERLESS so why would they be sending statements? After that discussion I was told I am being charged 22% interest now. I asked how that was possible when it was 4% when I signed my paperwork, she said they can change it as they need (or want I guess). Then I asked why there was a recent hard inquiry on my credit report I have never given them the ok to do a credit inquiry. She informed me they could do that whenever they want. I owe less than $1600 on this loan and I feel I'm being bullied to pay it off immediately. Are they in that bad of financial trouble? I will NEVER go through HDFS for a loan again. They are the worst!

      Absolutely avoid them. Its been since December, its the end of February and this my third phone call trying to get my title that was sent to the wrong address. Their solution is for the person who was charged a Title fee when purchasing the bike, to do the work to fix the mess up. Even if you keep your part of the contract, they will not keep their part!

      I had deferrals due to Hurricane and Covid .. they charged me after I paid my loan plus the deferred month another 3300$ ... told me 6 month prior my last payment was in January... after my last payment they said I owe ****$ more .... if I had talked to them before they could have done something... I had no idea. My Loan was for ****** I paid ****** now they want **** more.... what can I do?

      Terrible service. My boyfriend paid off his harley at the end of December than he was charged 40 dollars more for interest. This company is a rip off. I would never recommend it.

      Terrible customer service, I was told on December 5th my account was 100% paid and full until January the 5th and on January 5th I only owed a $20 payment, (every month that I have owned the bike I have paid more then the minimum payment) with Christmas and holidays I figured it would be nice only making that said $20 payment (stated to me on dec5th by Harley finance them selfs) then when I called to make the said $20 payment I was told I owed $385 requested for the phone call from December 5th to be reviewed fast forward to now January 14th since the 5th of the month Ive received phone calls apx 2 days apart with different agents trying to collect a payment each time Ive thought I was receiving a call back about said dec5th phone call review (each person I talk to doesnt know whats going on) or who to contact about reviewing the phone call Ive had to request for the dec5th call to be reviewed NO one has reviewed the call yet, theres notes in the system for it each time Ive spoken with someone, Im currently on the phone now and the guy couldnt figure out why the office in ******* wouldnt answer.. probably because in Az rn it is 6:30am not to mention its 8:30am where I am and was only awake for 3min on a Saturday morning before they were calling me I just want an answer to why I was told on dec5th that all was owed for January5th was $20 before I make my payment because I know as soon as I make the payment Ill never receive an answer, I CANT EVEN GET A ANSWER then the guy just told me I would have to call them back Im sorry but it is NOT the customers job to call them back for an answer especially when Ive been told each time that I would receive a call back once the phone call was reviewed, on top of that each time they have called Ive been on the phone over 30minutes currently 45 minutes and counting all for a **** answer absolutely ABSURD!!!!!

      Requested a payoff, paid it in full and received the title from DMV, only to have HDFS reopen the account add interest, a late fee and now is threatening to repossess the motorcycle. After contacting them again to dispute this, I have to wait an additional week while upper management reviews my complaint. Meanwhile ** being charged interest on the loan that was paid off.

      I've been w/ HD for yrs. A Vet. I financed my last 2 bikes w/ them in 7/20 (FXBB St ***) & in 3/22 (FLSBS Fatboy). Financed w/ them. I made ea. paymt on time w/ HDFS. My credit even improved to 670 in 3/22 bc of on-time paymts! This past 3/22, when I purchased my new Fatboy, I even added $1K of equipment into the financing, & charged a $675 HD leather jacket (w/ a discount). My total financing was like $26 or $27K, with $423+ monthly paymts on a VERY long loan repaymt term! Rip-off, but that is ************ **** was the only way I could finance a new Bike at that time. I had no choice due to my D-to-I ratio, etc. I also purchased quite a bit of HD gear for the Bike. SO! One wld think they wld gimme a small break & an extension in 8/22 when my right eye retina detached, resulting in full permanent blindness by 9/22 after 3 surgeries?! I asked for a paymt extension for 1 mth to help me out, bc ******** took over 12 full wks to send me my 1st Disability check! I had $0 income for 12 wks! I provided HDFS w/ 19 pages of docs as proof of my medical Disab. status. Yet they refused to skip a *********** it onto the end of the repaymt term, in spite of all the paymts I'd made since 7/20 bc it hadn't been 12 ms on the new loan for the Fatboy. The only Creditor who refused to help me! After the Faithfulness I' ve showed HD & the good repaymt history I had w/ them & all the $$ I've spent on HD! Not even an ounce of compassion. Nothing. Now I am back to work since Nov. I'm still past due on my loan, still trying to catch up & my credit has been greatly damaged. They seem to care about nothing & no one except money! I am not even mentioning the extra interest + fees I' ve been paying HD. They are a money-grabbing Corp. that cares more about the $$ than their **************** Customers! To think that I permanently lost my right eye, & yet I still legally ride...yet they have showed NO understanding. HDFS is a greed giant Corp. Yet they call me 3-6 times/day about my late paymt!

      0 stars for sure. Worse company ever. Never updates anything in the system when they call you and they are charging move fees than what the contract calls for. Will be talking to an attorney. Managers laugh at you on phone. employee number *******. Terrible customer service along with the rest of them

      Their system is broke and doesnt register any of my payments and always tries to hit me with a late feehighly disappointed in Harley Davidson.also you could have a plain spoken person work in your call centers, some Muslim we can barley understanding suckswhat happened to Harley Davidson
