      Recently purchased a package of lunch meat from Hillshire Farms, as I have been for years. I brought the item home, opened it, and the seal was broken, and leaking into the package. I contacted "customer support" and was informed by **** and ******* that it was my responsibility to return the item to the store. I don't accept this. I asked for a simple replacement coupon for the faulty seal which was Hillshire Farm's fault. Now I get to incur a waste of time and gasoline, to rectify something that's the manufacturer's fault? This is GARBAGE. I have been a loyal user of your products for YEARS, and this is how you treat people?
