      They really bad for your business and they are getting worse; broker **************** Don't answer your phone calls or email if you have a detection or problem with your payment. The last thing they are doing it's rescheduled you load and charging us for it. If you are in detection just leave the shipper and find another load.

      I did 3 shipments with them and all 3 shipments had chargebacks almost double what I initially paid (and double what I've always paid for the same shipments in the past) They were absolutely no help, would say oh we'll look into it and never would, I stayed in contact continually and while they were "looking into it" sent me to collections and said "chargebacks are a normal in the *** space" Absolute joke with terrible customer service. Also, it made me leave one star- I was going to leave it at zero.

      Broker is very unprofessional and rude made my driver wait 2 days because he couldnt reschedule the delivery . Do not take their load .

      They are not paying my load payment over 2 months gone. Many times i call them wait long time for turn every time same answer technical problem your payment will be release new few days. I dont know who will come and fix there problem. This was my first load with them I will never work in future.

      Broker very DISRESPECTFUL, he was talking unprofessional and hung up the phone in my dispatch face. I was sitting next to my dispatch and I'm still in shock from the way he spoke! There should be zero tolerance for DISRESPECTFUL BROKERS it's a job and everyone needs to be respectful.
