In November of 2024 I reached out to ******* *****, the owner of MPD Custom Golf, to place an order for 6 custom den caddy bags as a corporate gift. ******* took the order and a week later sent me a drawing of the bags. Given that I had been following MPD for a couple of years on social media, I never would have suspected that he would take my money and then completely fail to hold up his end of the bargain. As soon as he received payment he stopped returning phone calls and emails. We'll be filing suit in ******** and will be placing targeted internet ads letting the public know that this guy is a scumbag. DO NOT under any circumstances give this guy your business. I ordered and paid for a custom golf bag in sept 2023 , I recieved some communications from them the last being Boxing Day they sent a picture of the bag and stated it was being sent. Now they refuse to communicate even blocked me from ********* *** has still not arrived and mpd refuse to communicate . Looking at other feedback is this a fraudulent company. The number advertised still answers but then they never return your call or provide an update. ************************* was the point of contact who originally gave a story he was in hospital now he just refuses to answer message or email but yet posts on ******* other bag sales.Initial Complaint

Ordered custom golf bag for $876 on September 10, 2023. Estimated production time of 2-3 weeks. After 7 weeks of being given excuses, I cancelled the order and changed my credit card number because there are dozens of customer experiences posted online that this is a FAKE company that doesn't produce, manufacture anything. I ordered and paid $1165.00 for a custom golf bag from MPD on April 1st of 2022. After months of waiting for it to arrive, I tried to reach out to the company and the owner. I received nothing but the run around, no one would return my call, and they blocked me on social media. I did receive a few email replies about shipping delays from ***** but nothing else. I've read many of the prior complaints to the BBB and it looks as though I am just another victim of fraud unfortunately. This money was collected by the employees of the company we work for to provide the owner of our company a gift for Christmas. Our breast cancer foundation, The ********************* Foundation, sent *************************, owner of MPD Custom Golf, $2,000 to be used toward two golf bags. The bags did not sell at auction and we asked for a refund. I purchased 2 golf bags from MPD Custom Golf. I dealt directly with the owner **************************I paid $1,970.00 for the 2 custom golf bags. They never arrived. I have called ************************* many times. He told me he was in the hospital for several months with a broken back. He promised to deliver the bags. ******* does not accept my calls and has me blocked. I have friends call and he accepts their calls. He is still in business but is hiding from me. I live in ********** and I don't know what else to do. He has stolen $1,970 from me and I have tried everything to get him to respond to my emails, texts and phone calls.This is his cell number ************.Initial Complaint

I contacted MPD golf about a custom golf bag in February 2022 . ******* sent me a contract and I paid in full $1,245 on Feb 25 2022. He told me 4-6 weeks. Ive texted many times communicating with him . On May 2 he said my bag is done but Chinese gov has it stopped, a couple weeks later he told me its been released Id should be another week. As of June 1 no bag so I contacted him by phone , email and text hasnt answered anything its now July 15 no money back no bag please help me.
