    I copied any pasted the review from above me because the Same thing happened to me. I gave it a one star because I had to. There is nothing about this company that deserves a star. This company is fraudulent. I ordered a custom golf bag for my 10 year old aon December 29, 2024 and have yet to receive the product. Like other reviews already posted, communication was fine until the order was placed and he had my money. Once that happened there was one instance of follow up from him when I inquired about when it was going to be shipped and he stated in a text message, "Your bag is still in production and will be finished at the end of the week and shipped the following week." I've tried following up and no return of phone calls or text messages. I'm currently in a battle to get my credit card charges reversed.
