      I signed up for a membership on March 1, 2024 and paid $30.00 annual membership fee. The membership was automatically renewed on February 27, 2025 for $30.00 but I did not request this automatic renewal. I have emailed the company numerous times since February 28, 2025 requesting that my $30.00 be refunded to my credit card but the company has not responded to my emails or refunded my money. I would appreciate it if you would contact the company and request my refund on my behalf.Thank you.

      Received a bill from JacquieLawson for $48.00. The person who had the membership has had a stroke and can not use the service. I have submitted via their web site several requests to both correct the account email address and cancel the subscription. (With the wrong email address one can not log in) Never received any acknowledgement of the emails. There is no phone for customer service.The account was under ***** ************, I am her care giver trying to clarify the situation.

      I have been a subscriber for over 12 years, and in the past year this company has changed their entire product, renews memberships without notice, doesn't respond to emails, no one answers emails, and the IT team is terrible. All of the extra purchases I have made, I am not able to use. They have blocked all of these and will not release the download or refund. There is no customer service department, and you never receive an answer. They auto-renewed my membership when I sent several emails stating not to. The IT team is not the level of professionalism it once was. The products they are putting out are terrible. The advent calendar this year has so many bugs, and not one person responded to help and assist. This company should SHUT DOWN!

      Last year on December 13, 2023 I logged into their website and changed my password hoping to cancel my subscription. I could not find a way to do it and gave up trying. This year, I received another $30 auto renewal charge on business **** card. I immediately called the number for this charge listed on my AmEx bill: **************. I waited on hold for around half an hour. Then a women picked up and told me they could find no account under my email address to cancel. Then I told her they obviously had my information because I changed the password under that email address last year. She then informed me that Jacquielawson.com is a different company that they work with sometimes for Advent Calendars. We hung up. I thought about this for a minute and then said: How come the ******* ****** number is listed next to the charge on my AmEx? This is not right. Apparently part of their business plan, since the product they sell is not something people really want, is to deny customers the ability to cancel their subscriptions. This is abusive and they should be shut down.

      Need to cancel subscription of $30 since the automatic billing started Oct 29, 2024 . I tried to cancel to no ******** not want or need this service. Retired and on a fixed income. Do not know if my subscription was cancelled. Very hard to cancel.Thank you. **** *****

      I was a subscriber to *************************** e-cards. I did not wish to re-subscribe, but they renewed my subscription on April ********************************************************** January 2024, thinking that would prevent them from renewing my subscription. They renewed my subscription anyway, and my checking account was billed $30.00 today, April 11, 2024.

      My aunt purchased me an advent calendar. I was able to register it but then it would let me login on the app to use it. I looked online and it said it was a known issue and to contact them. I sent them an email and I got an email back saying if you still need help respond to this email I did but it took several days before I got an email back from them they told me that I needed to re-register and that one I did so they could unlock it. Somehow I emailed them back and told them I had re-registered. Its been several days and theyre not responding. This is an advent calendar its time sensitive. I asked them to refund my aunts money since they werent helping me and theyre not responding to that either.

      *************************** is selling Advent calendars on line and the recipient is not able to open it. It is a gift and I should not be required to pay. They insist on a password. For what?This is fraudulent. I have been trying since 9/1. No luck. I have been contacting them on their website and on ********* No luck. This is bad business

      We purchased advent calendars from Jacquielawson.com last year and started experiencing trouble with the calendar in the new year. I contacted the company last April. Since April, my emails have been met with either no response or someone new responding to my emails each time. The problem with the second is each new person starts over with often the same script and then does not respond to me. This has gone on since April. They promised me a new calendar for this year as compensation and then ignored my email for over a week. When they sent me a new one it had the same issue. I have reached out and have gotten no response via email or *********

      They are using people in my personal contact list to put pressure on me to renew. People I choose to send cards to should never ever be used in this manner. In fact they shouldn't know anything about the status of my account other than that the card is coming from ***************************. They told my mother after the last card I sent to her that her reply might not get back to me as I have not renewed yet. This was in ill-advised and in very poor taste. I have sent them several questions about this very matter with no other response than to tell me I still need to renew. *************************** wants a renewal I WANT A RESPONSE ABOUT USING PEOPLE ON MY PERSONAL LIST TO PRESSURE ME TO RENEW. If you choose to ignore this as well I am going to start writing my elected representatives since this involves a business in another country.
