      I initially purchased greeting card service. I did not do auto-renew. This year, they automatically renewed it with the credit card I used last year. I did not ask for this. I emailed them to cancel my subscription and provide a refund. They answered that I can simply not renew next time when I get an email about renewing. I told them I want a refund. I have not heard back yet.

      I echo the comments below. It seems they take your credit card info, auto renew religiously, and make it impossible to cancel the subscription. When I finally got through after waiting 30 minutes on hold, they said my account was with a different division of their company and they could not help me, even though the number I called was the one listed on my Amex bill. This is a disgustingly abusive practice and they should be shut down. Their mission statement it to make the world more thoughtful. I consider honesty business practices to be the most thoughtful kind.

      This company auto renewed me and I didn't even know my account was on auto renewal. I am attempting to get my money back now and have filed a dispute with the credit card company. Pay Pal was no help at all. So far 3 emails to *************************** have been ignored. I found out from my credit card company that I can have this merchant blocked once the dispute is settled, so some of you may want to do the same thing. I also hate the fact that they are in ******* and the only way to reach them is via email.

      Almost never does the site allow me to log on. None of the help suggestions ever work, and the chat function has been on holiday for days. My last-ditch effort has been to go to my computer's password manager and click the site's URL. BUT the pw listed in password manager is the same one that is always rejected by the *************************** site. I'm paying for a site that never works properly for me.

      Loved this company several years ago but now cards aren't always sent and can't find out which didn't get sent. There is no one to answer my questions and no one responded to my complaints.Very disappointed and I will no longer try to send cards anymore.******

      This company took $30 subscription from my bank account even though my account has been closed for several years. I filled out their customer complaint form but no response and I refund. Im going to contact the bank.

      contine to charge blindly and there is no way to stop them this is a rip off fraudulent website and company...no way to stop there subscription on their website.horrible horrible customer service, constantly ripping off unsuspecting customers with their subscription charges they should be jailed!

      This company has been taken over by the enemy, just like the world! They make their site where you cant cancel your subscription nor delete your banking information! I called my bank and reported them! I used their company for years, but some screwball company has taken over and it appears to be ******* Sad they will eventually go under.. The sooner that happens, the better before more people are screwed!!!BEWARE!!!
