      I purchased in good faith hearing aids July 18, 2022 from MDHearing Aid for $317.98 and financed with Affirm at $26.50 per month on an automatic ACH method of payment with my credit union. The hearing aids failed to function within the first 2-3 weeks. I tried on too numerous times to count to reach MDHearing on their ************ number to report their malfunction and to get technical support. Each time I have called to get help, their automated phone system puts you on hold for up to two hours without getting an answer. On other occasions like just a few minutes ago I was on hold for about 23 minutes only to be told to call back later and then cutoff. It is my contention that I have been defrauded by both companies. Affirm told me I had to deal with MDHearing within 60 days of purchase. I have informed them repeatedly of my inability to deal directly with the company ever since the time of purchase to no avail. They denied my dispute because they claimed it is outside the 60 day window. Again today I contacted ****** and asked them to help remedy my dilemma by them calling the ********************************************************************************************** they could not do that. One big circle jerk and in my opinion a fraud by both companies.I am an 84 year old man living on Social Security and am seeking to return the hearing aids and have Affirm refund the payments already charged to my account for defective products and the inability to communicate with the vender.

      I purchased an MD Hearing aid on January 9 2023. Order SCIND2023008133 Volt *** for 759.33$It did absolutely nothing for me. It arrived January 13th. They state that they offer a hassle free return experience within 45 days. I spent 35 minutes on hold trying to get an agent to give me a required RMA for the return. It then told me there is no one to help and hung up I cant talk to them and I cant return it without those RMA number. I didnt know what else to do. I want my full return credited to my credit card as promised on their site

      I ordered the Volt **************** Aids at the request of my 95 year old mother (who has all her mental faculties) on December 14, 2022 and purchased the Protection Plan. I believe they arrived on the 17th of December. I charged them for her overnight and showed her how they operated, i.e., which button for the programs and which for the volume, etc., and helped her fit them. She tried every day for 2 weeks to get the hang of using them but because of a lack of dexterity in her hands was unable to get them to work satisfactorily despite my resetting them for her several times. I have called MDHearing to try to get an *** number to return the hearing aids several times every day (except Sat. and Sun.) since January 1st when I left my number for a call back. Nobody ever called me back. On Jan 3rd and 4th a recording said there were no agents available, to call back later and I was disconnected. On Jan. 5th I listened to recorded messages telling me how easy it was to return the aids for 10 minutes then a recording said there were no agents and to call back and I was disconnected. On Jan. 6th, 9th, and 10th I got the same message. On Jan. 11th I tried pushing a different number to see if I could actually talk to someone but got the same message. It is blatantly obvious that this company is trying to run out the clock so that I cannot return the aids within the 45 days stipulated. It is now 25 days since the aids were received and Im at a loss to know how Im going to get the *** number to return them. I should have listened to my gut feeling and some of the reviews about this company when I had my doubts about them but I was hopeful that the aids would work for my mother who lives on her own, is on a very limited income and cannot afford something more expensive. I used my mother's name, address and telephone for the purchase information.

      I have placed the order SCIND-********** (Limited-time Offer: 2 VOLT Hearing Aids Serial #:********** Serial #:*********** as a gift for my father on the 16th of December 2022. The hearing devices were received and tested for 5 days after Christmas, up until one of them completely stopped working while in use. It won't charge (LEDs on both chargers either don't light up or do and then turn off again) and nothing tried so far has made the device work again. This occurred around January 1st 2023 with no resolution towards improvement.Since then my whole family was involved in trying to reach MDHearing support. Multiple phone calls were either dropped after around 20min or right away (on Jan 6th after choosing option 4), any call back (option 2) was not honored and multiple emails starting on the 1st of January were not answered for as long as 7 days. The device clearly has a power issue, but the initial response from MDHearing support after a week was clearly a generic one including cleaning tips.On January 6th I requested an RMA and a return label to process the return without a 20% value reduction, which was filed under support request ******. The answer received on January 9th didn't contain the desired return information, instead more generic but useless options to self-repair were provided.This company clearly not only has a product issue, but also a support issue. It is impossible to reach anyone through the support number provided and the call back feature doesn't honor a call back at all.

      I saw full-page advertisement on AAA Magazine for Hearing aid with BBB A+ approval rate. Since I am getting slow on my hearing. I mind you that I am 80 years old. Since hearing aid is so expensive. I call them on 12/14/2022 and they convince me that these are good and if you are not satisfied you can return it in 45 days with full refund. So I bought a pair for ****** $ and tried it on. My Left ear was okay but my Right ear was not okay. Also I should mention when I received the package the Right ear was moist. That I bevel it was not brand new, it must have been used before. after a week of challenging, I decided to return for refund. I called and called More than ***************************************************************************************** and say call later. Now I am sure that it is scam. And they are probably waiting for 45 days passes and say we are sorry. I am not used to buy anything on line or by phone. This time I did only because I saw BBB A+ approval rating logo on their advertise. So I trusted them because of you.Now if you can not do anything to get my money back. I hold you responsible for my loss also. Because you allow them to put your logo on to scam me and the people like me. If you don't get my money back. I would be force to *** you for my loss as well as MDHearing. Sincerely ******************************* ************

      I purchased a set of hearing aids from this company. The order date was November 24, 2022. The hearing aids came with a satisfaction guaranteed warranty which stated that if not satisfied I could call them for an RMA number and return for a full refund within 45 days.I have been calling the phone number they provided for over 2 weeks. Each time when I select the request RMA option, a recorded message states that no one is available to take my call. There is no option to leave a message. I tried sending a communication to customer service and received an automated reply with a case number, but have received no follow-up contact from this company. It appears that this company is just stringing me along until the 45 days runs out.I need to return these hearing aids for the full refund promised.

      I bought the MD Hearing Aids Volt Order# SCIND-********** Order date was Oct.20. and delivered the 26th. After charging I was very fortunate to wear the hearing aids for a few days. Then the trouble started the right tubing broke, so I could not wear them for a while till **** of support mailed me another hearing aid tubing. A week later I received the new tubing in the mail. A few more days go by and this time the tubing came apart and was in fear of losing the right hearing aid so I notified **** again, she asked to send her a photo of the hearing aid before anything could be done. Received the replacement 2 weeks later. Still was not able to hear correctly so **** advised for me to see an audiologist for an accurate hearing test. Did that to her a few days later right after receiving a hearing test. Tried to wear them for a few days when the left tubing broke. That is when I have been trying to get an *** number and I was put on hold. Then a message saying that instead of waiting for one of their associates to help me they would call back. That never happened. I have called every day now and all I get in their message for the *** number and no one is available and then hung up on.

      BBB of ******* and Northern ******** COMPLAINT:I purchased 2 *** hearing aids on 11/20/2022 via MD Hearing online. Aids were shipped on 11/21/2022 and arrived 11/25/2022. After wearing the aids for 2 days I determined thAt they were not suitable in terms of fit or clarity. The right aid has a perceptable hum. I sent Customer Support an email (as instructed by MD *******) stating the four reasons why I wanted to exchange the *** for the **** model:****************************** "Nov 28, 2022, 09:02 CST I received the *** hearing Aid two days ago. I inserted the aids and have worn them for two days. I need to swap them for the **** aid for the following reasons:1. There was a barely perceptible hum in the right hearing aid from the very beginning.2. They do not fit well in my ears.3. Only treble sounds are amplified since there is only one microphone and no way to program the aids..4. My fingers are quite large and I find it very difficult to grasp the tiny pull strings.4. I want to exchange the *** for the **** model which I think will work better for **** await the *** number.Thanks,******"I received a "ticket number ****** in a form email in response to the above but no *** number as published throughout their website and on the packing slip "...minimal trial period is not required and you can return your hearing aids at any time within 45 days from date of delivery." I have sent no less than 5 emails and have attempted to call customer service three times leaving my call back number after waiting an hour each call on hold, I am very disappointed with this service. If I do not receive an *** by Friday, 12/23 I will instruct my credit card company and Pay Pal to initiate a charge back of $299. All I want is an exchange but I will demand a refund if I continue to receive no response. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

      Bought a pair of MDhearing aids on November 26, 2022 $299.98. Received them on December 1st 2022. Order ID SCIND-**********. Followed instructions and charged them over night. Next day they were dead as a door nail! Can't get through on the phone. Their menu does not connect to anyone. Contacted them by e-mail asking for RMA to return them. Received answer that they are reviewing my complaint two times. I am well within their return policy of 45 days. I have a bad feeling about this company.
