      I ordered the hearing aides. They worketd for 3 days. I followed all the instructions sent by emsil. Can't grt my money back rven though they guarsnteed it. 3 months I have bern trying and they kerp stalling on ourpose si tgey coukd krro my money. It is a tip off. Do not wasteyour money!!

      I purchased MD Hearing Aids several months ago expecting a decent back up for my current Hearing Aids. The cones kept separating in my ears from the beginning, causing an ear infection. They are very dangerous. When I contacted MD Hearing about the problem, their response was just don't use them. I won't and definitely would tell people be aware.

      I purchased Volt Max E Aids 10 months ago. There was an immediate left aid feedback issue which was fixed remotely. The next 10 months were perfect. Then, the left aid went completely dead. It was replaced on warranty with a faulty aid. It was replaced again with a second faulty aid. Programming, remote adjustments and the return process ($20) were all time consuming and frustrating. All employees I worked with were polite and professional but I gave up on the possibility of ever having quality hearing aids from this company again. Product quality, from my experience, is definitely substandard. I gave up on this company.

      My Mother ordered from MDHearing because she saw *** ****** advertising them on TV. They plainly state they have a 100% 45 day return policy but they sold my Mother a $12 insurance that covered 30 days. I told her she didn't need to pay for that when she had a 45 day free trial so she called and had them issue a refund for the insurance. She tried to use the hearing aids but they had a loud ringing in her ears so she called them to initiate a return. They charged her $21.40 to send her a prepaid return label. I told her that's not right so she called them to try and get a refund for the shipping but they wouldn't give her one. They said they looked at the tracking # and they should be returned to them tomorrow and at that time they would initiate a refund to her credit card but not for the return shipping. That made me mad so I called them and told them that they were not going to do my 82 year old Mother that way and the *** **** up on me. So, I called her credit card company and told them everything that happened and they initiated a refund for the shipping fee. At this point I hope she does get her refund for the hearing aids. I also want to add that every time we called we had at least a ***** minute wait to talk to a representative. I would not recommend this company!

      Bought a pair of Air 3 hearing aids from MD. Great price, quick delivery, easy to use, hearing improved. Got many emails from MD with encouragement. links to videos, offers of help... to the point of feeling like spam. Battery life on one unit did not last 8 hrs (not an entire work day., the other fine. I emailed them for help and, unlike the spammy emails that arrive almost daily, the response took about a week and basically told me I wasn't cleaning them. The thought of dealing with them to make a return is too depressing to even contemplate. I am through with MDhearing. I will use workarounds to use them until they stop working and then replace them with a product from elsewhere. Price is good but you get what you pay for.

      Returned my dad's hearing aids since he still could not hear. We're told would receive a refund. He just got an email from the company stating they were never received. He has lost his tracking info and is unable to get anyone to help. Was notified though oh OF delivery date and time. Fishy

      They're not bad; not great. A need for in-the-ear hearing aids caused me to try these. First I bought *** size; my right ear was a great fit and my left ear expelled the aid even with the smallest dome. So I called and chatted with them, ended up deciding to exchange for the *** XS. The exchange receipt paid for my supplied **** Ground Advantage return. And the **** were at business HQ at 7:25 am a week after ******** picked package up. They stated that returns during the 45 day period (they're not doing **** any more) would be refunded 5-7 business days after they receive the return. I found that even the *** XS did not meet my needs for fit or acceptable function, and I shipped the *** XS back (at my own expense) via **** Priority Mail. The *** XS pair were at HQ at a similar early delivery (before business hours!) two days after the *** pair arrived. Also, MDHearing up-sold me WITHOUT MY CONSENT for two parts on a phone call for one item that I did intend to purchase. I followed up with customer service regarding that inappropriate sale and charge to my credit card, and received a follow-up message agreeing that I had not agreed to the purchase and that MDHearing would issue me a refund of $30.88but no refund of ANY sort has reached me.

      Ive had the **** *** hearing aids since October of this year (2024). They have been really great. *** worked loud industry for years as a welder and Sheetmetal journeyman and have also driven tankers for a living. All of these jobs tend to be rough on my ears and hearing loss has been one of the negatives. But since I found MD HEARING, my ability to hear conversations and everyday sounds has really improved. It took a few weeks to get used to hearing the way I really should and not compare what I was hearing with the aids to my loss of hearing. But since Ive gotten used to hearing again, its been wonderful. The customer service has been fantastic. From basic support issues to speaking with ***************** one of their audiologists, the customer service has gone above and beyond my expectations. All-in-all I would and have recommended MD Hearing to anyone who was looking into hearing better due to hearing loss. And MD Hearings price points are fantastic also. I didnt have to break the bank to own professional grade hearing aids. Yup. I really really like em !!!

      I bought the neo xs hearing aid. It did not perform as expected. I got terrible feedback in my ears . Sounds were distorted . I felt this was not a hearing aid but just an amplifier . I wanted to return the hearing aids within the 45 day trial period . The first person named ****** was very rude and not much help . The second agent was better but told me I have to pay for the cost of shipping back plus insurance . No where in their information booklet does this company state this. Her answer said the booklet doesnt say either way about rules of shipping this item back . This is not a reputable company and urge folks not to use them .
