I bought the **** hearing aid from MDhearingaid. It did not meet my needs. I returned it and ordered the **** **** The **** *** is a great hearing aid. There is an app that one can download from the App Store onto your phone or iPad (IOS **** or above). This allows you to personalize the hearing aids specifically for your hearing loss. It does this by providing tones at various volumes like a hearing test for one ear and then the other. You press a button each time you hear a tone. It then loads this information into the hearing aids to compensate for your particular hearing loss versus frequency. The **** *** works as advertised and provides hearing almost as good as ones costing much more. I would recommend that you give them a try. They have a 45 day trial period in which you can return the hearing aid for a full refund.MDHearing

Ive ordered a Volt hearing aid fir my mom. It helps beeping and it is not an charging issue. I am trying to customer service for assistance. Ive been calling daily for 2 weeks morning till closing. I even try try the call me back option numerous times and still no one is calling me. Ive tried every option and no one is answering the telephone. Ive spent over $300+ for a pair of Volt hearing aid for my mom however you can not speak to anyone. I dont care if they are free hearing aids they give e you is useless since you cannot speak to anyone. How are you supposed to return them if no one will speak to you? I am frustrated beyond and spent many hours calling MD Hearing Aid. Ive ordered in July 15th s as me today is August 2nd. And still cannot get I. Touch with anyone. I am trying to get a RMD number for return since I cannot get any assistance and still no assistance. This is an awful and unprofessional company. You will get no help. Extremely disappointed!MDHearing

I love your hearing aids. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they fit and how well they improved my hearing. I was really impressed at your service to replace one of my units that developed a technical glitch. I have tried more expensive hearing aids in the past as well as one that has the same cost as MD hearing I am impressed. I find the sound quality excellent and not that difficult to adjust the sound and the different programs depending where I am if I do find it difficult to hear. Although I havent had them as long as the trial period yet if they continue to perform this good in the future I would recommend them to others who are looking for a lower cost way to hear better.MDHearing

My husband has had nothing but problems with his. He had Beltones before and had a few issues, but nothing as bad as the MD Volt. Yes, the price is right, but the hassles are not. We got the insurance plan with his that cost about $10/mo and it's well worth it. He ends up sending his back once every month or so. Most of the time we have to pay shipping on the returned hearing aid which also ends up being around $10. All I can say if you buy these hearing aids make sure you also buy the insurance plan. He can hear fairly well with them, but in our opinion they are not worth the hassle they cause.MDHearing

Thank you for your review. We are sorry there has been the need for the current number of replacement aids and chargers for your husband. Some hearing aid companies do not offer any protection plans for failure or accidental damage to hearing aids outside of their warranty. They often charge their customers full price to replace the hearing aids or will only offer a repair for a preset period of time. Also, airborne moisture can damage any electronic/digital device, especially hearing aids. Coupled with the natural moisture from our ear canals getting into the hearing aid can be even more troublesome for any hearing aid on the market. The regular use of the recently purchased Dry Box is an excellent way to keep hearing aids dry and free from the moisture that can cause it not to function. If another incident occurs, please contact our support team immediately via email. We will continue to provide the coverage you have subscribed to and special return shipping that will identify a troubled device to undergo personalized testing to determine what may be the root cause of any potential failure in the future. 4 starsI tried 4 other hearing aids and return them all. I decided to try one more and choose MD Volt. I was pleased that I could hear the ** and speakers at church. I find changing the ratio with four different selections is a great help.I wish it were a little smaller for when I wear my reading glasses.The service has been wonderful and they respond to my questions immediately. I purchased the Volt+ hearing aids from MD Hearing Aids a couple of months ago. They worked fine but then one of them only worked in one program. I contacted them and they promptly sent me a replacement hearing aid, along with instructions to return the defective one and a prepaid label.The new hearing aid is working as advertised. My experience with MD Hearing Aid has been a positive one.. And they honored the warranty as advertised. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good reliable set of hearing aids at a reasonable price.MDHearing
