      Alpine Air is one of the best and knowledgeable companies I have dealt with. They have walked me through numerous situations I have had in installing a heat pump I bought from them. They are always very friendly and have solved my issue every time I called. This is an excellent company.

      To quote famed baseball announcer *********************, Holy Cow! I feel like I hit a home run with Alpine Home Air. With no air conditioning and my furnace approaching 20 years of service, I decided a mini split would be the perfect addition to our home, not only to provide cooling for what appears to be a warming world, but also to provide backup heat in case of furnace failure. There are many, many good companies in the business of selling mini split units, and most of the units being sold are pretty much the same, so I introduced the cost into the formula, and Alpine Home was the best deal I found. That said, I expected cut rate service but wasn't worried because I feel I am competent enough to handle any problems and placed an order with them. I am happy to report that everything from ordering to shipping to technical advice was ***** and miles ahead of anything I ever expected. The team at Alpine Home Air are, in my experience, without peers. Wow nowhere near expresses the support I received. What a great team. I hope they are well compensated because this group is the best.

      Wish I could give six stars because service and quality was incredibly good. When I was ordering a unit, sales was answering all of my questions and talked with me though my entire project plan to make sure I didn't just get the ideal unit, but also to make sure I had EVERY piece of hardware and correct line for the job. Everything got dropped off on a palate and when my team went to install, everything we needed was right there. Tech support was phenomenal, just quick and easy to reach, and they had all the info I needed. This company took the time to take care of me and I firmly believe that my project came together so seamlessly because of Alpine's experience and assistance. Not only was my experience good, but the quality of equipment and hardware is beyond acceptional. I haven't delt with this kind of satisfaction in a while.

      I ordered the Alphine Blueridge BMY917 ***** BTU Single Zone Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump System - WiFi Capable for our 12X10 Sunroom. I researched a few other retailers, but for the price and quality....this system just made sense. First of all, I didn't have to go through an air-conditioning contractor to purchase. This company allows direct to consumer purchases, and it cuts down on the delivery time. We had the mini-split installed by our heating and air-conditioning company which took about 4 hours. I'm glad that we did, because it was done correctly. We have been using the mini-split for about 3 months with no problems at all. When you call for information or tech support, the customer service representatives acknowledge you by your first name upon answering your call. I think this makes it personal, and you feel like the company cares about you. I was in contact with a representative named **** who really went above and beyond during the delivery process because they were a few items damaged by the carrier. No problem, **** made sure that the replacement parts were delivered via *** within 2 days. I purchased a Cielo Breeze Plus Smart Air Controller which took this system to another level. Now we can control the functionality from our phones, and it comes with a 4 inch display that gives you all the features which is on the app. I would definitely recommend this product and company.

      Ordered furnace with air and heat pump, advisor recomended that, have lp for gas heat, also heat with wood, cut down my wood burning by about a 1/3 and cut my air bill in half, All the people I have dealt with there were top notch, especially the tech support, I've dealt with tech support most of my life, Alpine is one of the best. Two years out, the fan quit on the furnace, they sent the parts no questions, had a Hvac tech troubleshoot problem, and it was fixed, up and ************* people to work with. *******************

      I am very impressed with how easy Alpine is to work with. And their product is premium. I just installed the Blueridge dual head mini split system. It was delivered right to my home in a couple of days. I did a lot of the install myself then had an HVAC tech connect the refrigerant lines, run pressure tests and hook up my electrical. It works beautifully and is very quiet. Their technician was very easy to work with as well. You can text in pictures and they will talk you through any questions you have, even on the weekend. I highly recommend them, all the way around.
