      Beyond impressed. I've had my mini splits installed for over about a year no issues. All of a sudden one was making some noise. Called them up, sent in a video.Next thing I know new parts are on the way free of charge!I installed them and it's purring again!From my phone calls to email was nothing but smooth like Sunday morning. Don't hesitate to give them your business they best in the business and **************** is one of a kind!

      Great sales, customer service and support. Our new 48k BTU 5 zone mini split cassette system is working flawlessly for more than 6 months. Big electric bill savings and a very quiet system. S&H arrived as promissed; on time. The delivery crew was very courteous.

      Would not recommend. Order a central air system from them. The furance was sent with a bad main board. I had a HVAC technician install the system from a local company with stellar representation. They left me a rude message saying the question my technicians ablitity so I asked another company to look at it. Guess what! They said exactly the same thing, bad board. Rather than question the customers, how about really help them when you sent them a crappy product. Will not work with this horrible company again. My order number is AQB050** just to show this a real review.
