    I been dealing with this company since July 27. They came out to install a new ac unit in which they couldnt complete. They been to my home at least once a week to try and figure out how and why my furnace is leaking water and why my condenser is freezing. The supervisor has also been to my home and he couldnt figure out the problem either. They are unprofessional and the work they did was sloppy. Nobody knows what they are doing, they dont answer any of my calls! They might text me back or they might not. Still till today I have not heard back from them and they still have a coil that belongs to my furnace. This is the second time my family and I had suffer in the 90 degree heat. Definitely inhabitable, to live in. Mind you I have a elderly dog and someone with an lifelong medical condition at home. Horrible company

    The contractor charged us a furnace modification fee of **** dollars but no modifications was made.

    They installed a new furnace in my mobile home in December 2022 this spring when I called someone to have my air conditioner cleaned I was informed that day the people who installed the furnace head, cut my lines to my air conditioner, which is a Central air conditioner and it is only six years old and now it does not work at all and I have been told it is going to be very costly to fix the problem. May be having to install a new unit, what I would like done is some of the money that I paid for to them which was $1150 **** warranty cup company covered the rest but what I want done is for this company agent you heating and cooling to replace any problems that they have caused monetarily which could mean paying for a new unit to be installed in my home
