    If I could give zero stars I would. It took over a month and a half to get the part to my furnace. He installed the part and after he left it stopped working again. He said he would come back. He didn't and won't answer calls or texts. If I could give zero stars I would. I understand why BBB gives them an F rating

    Were apologetic for your delayed experience. Unfortunately, this is a third party claim from a home warranty company. We are only allowed to perform repairs as it is approved from your home warranty company. In this specific case, we literally just serviced this clients home today 1/31/24. This customer has a ****** old furnace. The part that was approved for replacement, has been on back order for several weeks due to the fact that this system is no longer manufactured. Our company purchased this part with our own funds and the part was changed and is working properly today. While the system is working properly today, after installing the part, there seems to be more problems with this unit that will need to be addressed with a new claim. It is our recommendation to replace the furnace with a newer system as this unit is soon to be non functional again. However, that must be approved with her home warranty company and contract. She was advised to submit a new claim per her home warrantys policy. This customer was satisfied with her service today and even offered to send pastries to the attending technicians wife as a gesture of good faith.     I just had my unit replaced with this company and I can honestly say idk if they know what they are doing, they been back 3xs in the last 2 weeks since my ac unit been replaced. The work that was preformed was sloppy. My furnace is leaking water along with the pipes from the outside to the inside. I paid over **** for what? I cant even get a supervisor to talk too. No one answers my calls and all I get is a text back. The work is not complete!

    Unfortunately Ms. ****** is a customer from a third party company. We have a current appointment with her scheduled for 8/14. The A/C that was installed is working and functioning properly, however, she now has an issue with her furnace as well. Unfortunately, the home warranty only approves for a claim for the specific system to be addressed. Meaning, if an A/C is the concern, we can only assess the A/C during that visit. And thus, the customer has to submit another claim for the furnace/blower motor thats causing her brand new A/C to freeze and thaw and therefore leaking into her home. We have explained this and unfortunately, the client has not exhibited patience or understanding that our company can only do whats approved and allowed by her home warranty policy. Our appointments are scheduled as first come first serve basis, there are not enough companies willing to take on home warranty clients because of this very reason which causes some customers to have wait times for weeks. We will continue to work with Ms. ****** to resolve her concerns as if she has to be assigned to another company she may have to wait weeks for response. We plan to see her on 8/14/2023 to address her furnace issues.

    Going above and beyond. Had a phenomenal experience with H&Q. Initially the company came out for a warranty call. The owner couldve let with the diagnosis of the field tech remain and closed the case but came out himself the next day cause it appeared questionable. My claim was denied but I was still impressed by the courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism compared to another HVAC company that H&Q replaced my ****** e and air conditioner. Delivered on the day and time he said he would and was clean and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Next H&Q has to also fix a hack job from someone else for in my basement lol.

    They are scammers they dont compete they work they over charge dont communicate this service is trash

    Its so unfortunate when we receive these kinds of reviews from a third party company client. We are only allowed to complete work that we are approved for with home warranty customers. It is the expectation that all services are free when they are not. This customer had to hot wire their thermostat prior to our arrival to their home. The expectation from the customer for our company to fix this prior issue for free that her contract with her home warranty company did not approve is extremely unrealistic and unfair to our company. We completed the installation that we were approved to do by her home warranty company. Unfortunately, home warranty clients sign contracts without reading fine prints and find themselves in unforeseen circumstances & were the small guy that takes blame. Its so unfortunate. Our recommendation would be to re-evaluate the contract between her and her home warranty company as we have no control over their agreement.
