      I am a Discoverist member ID number **********, this is regarding my stay at **************** CACNUN CHECKING IN JANUARY 3-5. I do not know my hotel confirmation number as the stay is not appearing on my hyatt account.I had many problems I encountered at this hotel , for example no beach chairs, no access to restraunts, (even though it is all inclusive) A manager by the named of ******* told me she would REFUND my discover credit card ending in **** for the $1493.30 I was billed. However she never did refund me, the charge is still on my account .....I need to file a complaint and esclate this to the manager to get my refund issued for both nights..the reservation is under my name ***************************

      Hi, I recently stayed at the dreams resort in ****. I paid ****** for a vow renewal. It was supposed to last 30 minutes. They told us to show up 10 minutes early, which we did. It was very Unprofessional. The pastor showed up in a regular black shirt, and once they were ready, we begin. We were supposed to begin at 5, and it last until 530. By the time 4:55pm came, we were already done. Behind us, on the preferred club area, there was a worker there doing work in the sand right behind us. They also was supposed to bring breakfast the next morning, we never received it. All in all, for the amount of money I paid, the experience was mediocre at best. And like I said, it being done in 10 minutes wasn't the greatest as well. Really seemed more like a scam than anything else. This did not meet my expectations. I would like a refund on this, please. I contacted Hyatt, and they sent my issue over to dreams, and dreams basically said, sorry you weren't satisfied, and even though we did miss a few things and the renewal may ha e only lasted a few minutes... We aren't giving you your refund. So I'm taking this route now. All I want is my money back. That vow renewal experience was not worth that money. Please refund

      This was the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I dont know where to start, Very dirty, very bad customer service, nothing to make us satisfied. First of all each and every sheet we got was stained, sheets very dirty. We took pictures. We asked for a convertor, first they said they dont have it, later they said they have one but they cannot send it to the room, we need to go get it ourselves. Woowww!!! Than they called us and ad we had a mail, come and ******, we did go andntjey havent delivered without ID, than why did u call? Last day we said, we are leaving tomorrow and ********* was a great issue since sheets and bathroom sink was super dirty. Guest what they did, they changed the sheets when we were out in the Middle of night, put all pillows on the floor, and put all our new bags on the floor and put a huge extra bed in our room although we did not ask. Than housekeeping manager came and got schoked. Gave us a 100 usd credit which is not even one night cost compared with all we had to go thru. Never again.

      Repeated harassing phone calls from "Hyatt" about trying to get me to book a vacation with them. Happens 1-3x a day, the number changes every time I block the number. They must have been sold my number somehow and now will not stop calling no matter how many times I ask them to remove me from their list. Could possibly be a scam and not Hyatt, but they identify themselves as Hyatt when they call.

      Hyatt ************ Complaint Case Number CAS3253186: Following Up On My Bad Hyatt ***************** Stay Reserved For Wednesday December 28 2022 through Monday January 2 2023 I had a very horrible stressful just strenuous experience at the Hyatt Hotel Worthington. I would never return back to that hotel or any Hyatt Hotel period because of how unprofessional the hotel staff was towards me. Much of my time was wasted being angry and frustrated because I had to keep calling on my cellphone and or speaking to the hotel front desk staff about the major core issues of my hotel stay there. It is ridiculous I had to keep attempting to resolve my hotel room issues on my own because you have hotel employees and management working there that are not naturally talented in the career field of The Humanities and in *********** Services. I should not have had to go through three different room changes( 124, 224 and 223) in three different days. I still never fully received the type of hotel room that I intially requested when I called the hotel directly on Wednesday December 28 2022. I had to ultimately settle for the hotel room I was last in room 223 that I barely was able to enjoy because of the horrible communication issues and lack of follow through from the hotel ***** desk employees and the managers *****( Sales Manager) ***** ( Operations Manager & a manager I checked out with on the early afternoon of Monday January 2 2023. Agreements were not kept from what I was informed of on the first shift Saturday ( December 31 2022( management was going to respond to the case that was filed for me Friday Evening December 29 2022.....( To Be Continued)

      Good Morning Below is my forwarded email that I have had to send regarding my unresolved hotel issues as a former hotel guest from the Hyatt Hotel Worthington. I am still owed a 50 percent refund to my form of payment for a horrible strenuous hotel experience at the Hyatt Hotel *********** in *********** ****. I stayed at the hotel from December 29 2022 through January 2 2023. I stayed there as a Christmas gift purchase to myself and it was constant problems from the hotel staff to management to having to call the Hyatt hotel corporate customer service department. 


      It is now Feb 23 ****************************************************************************** one of your Hyatt Hotels and since I was promised a  50% refund from a ******** **** Regional Operations Manager ***************************. It appears to me I am purposely being ignored by Hyatt Hotel Representative  *************************** and the Hyatt Hotel period in not refunding me my money as agreed upon and promised

      I stayed at **************,************************ .My first night I was awoken by a loud Vibration and unable to sleep . The noise was so loud,it sounded like the entire building was under construction. Finally in the middle of the night engineer figured out it was a Defective ceiling fan.I never slept & went fishing at 5:00am. When I returned late afternoon I was advised they would credit my account for the Defective room. At checkout I questioned if they removed the charge and was told they only credited $250.00 So they wanted me to PAY $1350.00 for a room that we were unable to sleep in.

      Issue 1) Another issue the Hyatt changed their website due y on this change my member number isnt found in the system. Issue 2)The Hyatt has always been my favorite hotel. Ive always had a good experience. Until 12/31 I got a room for new years Eve. One deal breaker was I was told my room had a good view. My view was the cemetery. Room 424 I wasnt happy about that at all. But I figured I would deal with it. Just when I thought it couldnt get any worse my room was a connecting room. Whoever was in the room next me on the left. Was fighting Im talking about throwing things.Screaming, cursing at the top of their lungs. It would stop for about 30 minutes they would start again. Its like they were fighting I heard punching sounds. They would taking breaks between the fighting and start back up again. This lasted for 3 or 4 hours. I called downstairs to complain that stopped the fighting but not the loud arguing. Next today I get woke up by their loud alarm clock at 5:30 am Ive never had a hotel put me in a room that has a connecting room. The connecting room was a issue because the walls are so thin I heard when their phones ring and even when they said hello.*** never experienced anything like this and this is the third time, but *** stayed at this location and *** never had that experience. Issue ) 3 I travel often Ive never had that done to me not unless that was a special request.This was the hotel stay from h*** it wasnt a relaxing get away.

      On December 14, 2022 Hyatt Hotels contacted me via email about a ski weekend at their Grand Hyatt Hotel in **** on Feb *****, 2023. I signed up that day an was charged the fee $2600. Yet, after two dozen phone calls and the same number of emails, they cannot confirm my reservation. I have confirmation numbers for the order: RD01657740: As per my conversation with ************************* of Hyatt, I have been given a case number: CAS3235287).I cannot book airfare and other details until the hotel confirms my reservation

      Confirmation #: **********. I stayed at the *** for 2 nights and had my breakfast onsite for both days. The experiencewas not very pleasant. I asked 2 extra eggs and the waitress sent 4 and at end I pointed it out on the final bill. She tried to argue with me for minutes and tried to convince me its my fault for this error. First of all, its not my fault, I clearly said 2 eggs and she gave me 4 and then put this extra charge onto the bill. Secondly, I spent $120 on the breakfast and she tried to argue with me for minute about this, is this the correct way for Hyatt employee to treat their loyal customers? I know its hard for the hospitality industry nowadays and everyone try to make some extra bucks. But I dont think this is the correct way to do so! Not mentioning I tried to stay at Hyatt on my every business trip. And not mentioning we found some blood stain on the bed sheet and send an email to the hotel, no response whatsoever.
