I've been trying to book a car rental reservation, but keep getting a message that they can't connect to the rental car agency and to try another vehicle, I've tried all vehicles and still get the same message, very frustrating.Rocket Travel, Inc.

I was pretty scared of taking a chance with rocket travel for a car rental. But everything went smooth, easy and fast. I was afraid of everything going wrong with my reservation. But when I checked in for my car rental, the process was as normal as going through a rental company. I saved over $500 because of this. Just make sure you read the fine print and follow exactly what is needed for the rental to go accordingly. There was no problems and no headaches on my end. I would like to try their other discount packages with the hotel and flight accommodations. I look forward to it for future trips.Rocket Travel, Inc.

Was unable to utilize my hotel reservation due to not receiving medical clearance for my daughter. Spoke to countless customer agents from various parts of the world only to get the run around and ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION. Needless to say, I had to take ************* to get the refund I am due for a reservation I never used.Rocket Travel, Inc.

I reserved a rental car thru ******** Travel who books thru Rocket Travel, Inc. The reservation for ********** on April 14, 2023 was for Dollar Rent a Car. I tried to call ******** Travel Service on April 12, 2023 but after holding for an hour I then emailed ******** concierge at 11:13 pm PST. No response. After arriving at ********** Airport at 10:00 am I proceeded to the Dollar rental desk. There was a line halfway thru the rental car building for Dollar. I asked people in line how long they were waiting. The response was over an hour. I then went to the rental desk and asked if they have cars and the response was hopefully, but it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I had a medical appointment at noon. I got an paid ride to go to my appointment. When I got home I tried to work out the problem and ended up disputing it thru *********** The response was I needed to cancel before 11:00 am and I was too late and had to pay the $110 even thought I never received a car.Rocket Travel customer service was very kind and responded positively but said this is our cancellation policy and there is nothing they can do. It wasn't Rocket Travel's fault but the circumstances warranted in my opinion a refund because Rocket Travel chose to book with Dollar who was incompetent that day. I am still hoping something can be done as I am on Social Security and cannot afford the loss. I appreciate any help. Thank youRocket Travel, Inc.

I wanted to leave a review since all the ones I've read sound like a horrible experience. I was nerves to use the discount and book but thought I'd like to find out for myself. We booked a hotel for the Grand Canyon, and I have no complaints. You have to read the fine print and make sure you follow up to verify your reservation. I booked a car through Tmobile Tuesday and they charged me. When I arrived for the car, they said I didn't qualify because I didn't have a credit card. I requested a refund and they said I was not able to be refunded. I contacted Tmobile Tuesday and they said Payless Car rental did not want to issue refund. I then contacted Payless and they said that ******* was the one that withdrew the money through Priceline. I will never use Tmobile Tuesday for discounts again.Rocket Travel, Inc.

Reservation November 8 9 10 ck out 11th....wedding party is not at this hotel. Yet they took out the full amount of stay $400.00. I'm not cancelling in a 30 day time period a two wk time after I find out the wedding is else where. Both *********** are unable to walk far with canes but also un able to drive at nite...They are not willing to give ** a refund & cancel...****** Hotel *****************************************************.Rocket Travel, Inc.

I booked through Tmobile travel a rental car on 12/23/22. My flight was delayed so I called them immediately when I realized I may not make the closing time for my rental. They gave me the wrong number for the rental car place. So I had to ****** the number. I went through this place *************** (Economy), the close at 8 and told me that I would have to pick up the car the next day. The issue is my destination was 40 minutes away so I had no way to get there other than a $70 uber ride from the airport. I called Rocket Travel the next day and they continued to confirm that I couldn't get a refund and the supervisor was really rude. Unfortunately there was no closer location for me to get my rental so I took public transportation to get back near the airport just for the rental company to charge me for a new rental reservation. I had already prepaid $193 and now they wanted me to pay another $193. To me that seemed like a scam because Rocket Travel didn't tell me that my reservation is no longer valid and that I would have to pay a new rate. I think its a terrible business practice to cater to airport travelers but not have any business practices that accommodate missed or delayed flights. I will never use ******** travel or Economy ever again and I will tell as many people as I can, not to use them either. I just want my initial money back because I didn't cancel and its not my fault that I couldn't make the reservation. The rental car company never told me until I went to get the car that they only hold the reservation for 2 hours.Rocket Travel, Inc.

I apologize for the experience for the rental car. We did request the cancellation from our partner but enforced their non-refundable policy. We only suggested that she can pick up the car the next day but its not a guarantee, also explained that it depends on the agency if they can release the car. ****************, I went through Tmobile travel car rental service where it say you can save 40% off your car rental. I was traveling to ********* **, on August 4,2022 for my family reunion .I used Hertz car rental. I was able to book the rental and pay when I picked up the car. ($268.) Which was a good price for five days. I put in the date, time,and location where I would like to pick up and drop off on the application form. I arrived at *** on time went to the car rental area where I saw Hertz to pick up the car come to find out that the pick-up was 5 miles away from the airport. Why would they do that!!! now I would have to pay a cab/taxi to take me to pick up the car then on the return pay another cab/taxi to take me back to the airport when returning the car. So I called and spoke to the manager about transfering my pick-up and drop-off to the airport location, now mind you it's the same car rental HERTZ with the same system they could not do that. WHAT!!!. Now they seen my reservation in the system on both sides. No, I had to start the process over again like I did not previously booked a car. Now this is the kicker. The price of the rental doubled I now I had to pay $601.00 for the rental and the car wasn't even as nice as the one I picked (Jeep vs ****** I called to see if they would at least give me a discount / reimburse me the difference for the inconvenience. When making the reservation I put pick up at the Airport (***) not at a close by Hertz who do that( had to mention it again cause I just do not believe this). I WILL NEVER USE HERTZ AGAIN. TO RENT A CAR. I WILL NOT GO THOUGH TMOBILE TRAVEL. While talking to the representative you can tell she was making up what was being said as she was talking, nor was she trying to understand what I was saying. Booked through Rocket to use my AAdvantage air miles for discount on hotel. Cost ****** air miles (that equals nearly $300) and then paid an additional $365 on a credit card. Hotel was ***********, *****, ** CHECK IN 7/30, depart 8/6. On arrival the room 119 has damage, amend of water and mold. 2nd room they moved us to was so filthy we took pictures, went to check out immediately. Hotel refunded 6 of 7 nights. I'm fighting them for 7th. In meantime, Rocket refused to refund starting its an all or nothing refund, no partials allowed. Isn't that illegal????!!!!!! Both Comfort Inn and Rocket need investigated and I need a full refund... how is it ok for this to happen???? It was filthy. Ask me for pictures!Rocket Travel, Inc.
