      I made a reservation for 4 people through Tmobile travel in *********** at *************** resort at *********************, **.When I opened the door, the bedroom is only 1 bed and 1 sofa. I requested a change for a two beds room and after three hours, I waitedfor both, the hotel and the agency and the answer we can't do anything, even paying for an upgrade.So, I had to stay in a hotel that doesn't work for my family and no one is responsible for.In order to save the few days of vacations, I accepted to stay in that conditions, meanwhile Tmobile travel was requesting a change of bedroom or a refund, but nothing happened.I won't make a reservation anymore with Tmobile travel and of course, first and last time in this "hotel".The worst thing was when the agency told me they couldn't do anything, because they just charged my credit card, but the reservation was made through Expedia and their call center is located in Asia.

Our technical team checked and there is no error on our end, and the hotel provided the exact room type + a sofa bed. As a gesture of goodwill, we issued a $60.00 travel credit which you can use to book a hotel or car. Thank you!

      we booked a hotel in Santorini through Rocket Travel, my wife had COVID-19 and we could not travel, they refused to give us a refund or a credit claiming that the hotel is refusing. we lost $4000.00

      About two months ago I booked a hotel through Tmobile Tuesdays rocket travel. During booking i chosed double room bed with two occupants and in parenthesis 2 double beds. Once I got to the hotel I received a small room with 1 bed. Once I noticed I went to the desk and told them how I had booked a room with 2 beds, they refused and said no i booked 1 bed, I ended up showing screenshots and emails on how I booked two double beds. Continuely went back and fourth and then they stated how I'd have to call the rocket travel and talk to them about the situation. I called rocket travel the first agent i talked to looked into the situation and also said he saw that I booked 2 beds. The agent then called the hotel manager and the manager (who was very rude to me and other guests) said that didnt have anymore available rooms for the weekend that we were there for and because of that the agent from rocket travel said that they would refund me a full amount back from this mistake. once he said that i didnt bother to stay at that hotel i went to a different one. Today 2 months later I've still havnt recieved any refund, any phone call or emails on a update about this matter after them saying i would. Ive called rocket travel about every week and have spoken to many different agents and have gotten different storys on how the refund was never promised or guarantee a refund or yes your getting your refund were just waiting for our team to respond to send it out.I went back and fourth proving how I had screenshots of booking the room with double with two beds they sent it out to their team to do an investigation and they stated the team havnt gotten back to them once I sent out the screenschot of it saying i booked 2 double beds. I've asked to speak to a manager I was told I have to have it scheduled, the agent scheduled a day and time with me and weeks later I havnt recieved not one call from them or a Manger, I sent an email asking for an update and got nothing.

      **************** from ******** **********************, ******************** along with the rental car company they contract with in ****** is non existent. I was charge 5 times for one reservation. When I made a request for a car to pick ** in *********** ** and drop off at ****************** ** the web site made 5 duplicate reservations. I immediately emailed to cancel 4 of the reservation but when I arrived at Hertz I was told I had 5 reservations. Hertz gave me a car under one of the reservations and told me to try to sort out the others. This was *** 4,2022, now its July 28 2022. After going in circles with my cedit card (USAA with no help at all) after 3 months I managed to squeez 3 of the 4 duplicate charges from Rocket Travel. Now all I need is the final charge refunding. ********, Rocket Travel and USAA were completely hands off and unresponsive towards my needs. Trying to contact or even get a response by email was impossible. So my advice is to just go somewhere else when you want to save a few bucks on a rental car.
